We started with a few discovery calls where the Elogic team took the time to truly understand what we were trying to achieve, what limitations we faced, and where we still had open questions. They didn’t just listen passively - they asked thoughtful questions and even challenged some of our assumptions, which we really appreciated.

Following those conversations, Elogic provided a detailed summary that outlined their understanding of our needs, how they interpreted the business and technical requirements, and what a realistic scope for the project could look like. This included a breakdown of Shopify’s capabilities, a clear take on which features would require custom development, suggestions for relevant third-party tools, and a high-level estimate covering both budget and timeline.
