For our Food Delivery startup, we engaged Elluminati Inc for the development of our Android application. The scope of work was comprehensive, aiming to create a user-friendly and feature-rich application that would serve as the primary platform for our customers to browse and order food from our partner restaurants. The key deliverables for this project were as follows: 

• User Interface (UI) Design: Elluminati Inc was responsible for creating an intuitive and visually appealing UI design that would provide a seamless user experience. This included designing screens for menu browsing, restaurant selection, cart management, order tracking, and user profile management.

During our collaboration with Elluminati Inc, we encountered several challenges and concerns that impacted the overall project experience. Notably, there were significant issues related to the quality of resources allocated to our project. We discovered that some team members had fake degrees and lacked the necessary skills, particularly in English proficiency and understanding open source code. 

One of the major concerns was the team's limited understanding of best practices for security and Android UI/UX. This resulted in subpar code quality, compromised data security, and an unsatisfactory user experience. Additionally, the presence of fake degree certificates raised serious doubts about the authenticity of the team's qualifications. In terms of project management, there were consistent delays and missed deadlines. 

Elluminati Inc failed to deliver items on time, causing disruptions to our project schedule and hindering progress. Their lack of timely delivery negatively impacted our ability to meet important milestones and ultimately affected the overall project timeline. Communication with Elluminati Inc was also challenging. Their response to our needs was often inadequate and lacked proactive communication. 

There were instances where our queries and concerns were not addressed promptly, leading to frustrations and delays in issue resolution. The team's limited English proficiency further complicated effective communication and understanding of our requirements. 

Overall, Elluminati Inc's project management fell short of expectations. Delays in deliverables, poor understanding of best practices, and insufficient response to our needs were major drawbacks of their approach. The presence of fake resources and degree certificates raised serious concerns about the integrity of the team and their qualifications. It is crucial for Elluminati Inc to address these issues promptly, both in terms of resource quality and project management. 

Improving their understanding of best practices for security, Android UI/UX, and code quality is essential to delivering successful projects in the future. Timely and effective communication, along with a genuine commitment to addressing client needs, is critical for building trust and delivering satisfactory results.

One of the most impressive aspects of this company was the dedication and competence of its upper management, Divyang and Deep. Until the year 2021, they had a track record of hiring highly skilled and qualified developers who contributed to the success of the projects. Divyang and Deep demonstrated a strong understanding of the industry and possessed the vision necessary to steer the company towards growth and innovation.

To improve the company's performance and reputation, there are several areas where Elluminati Inc could make changes: - Address the issue of recently hired fake resources with fake degree certificates: It is crucial for Elluminati Inc to conduct thorough background checks and verification processes to ensure the authenticity of qualifications and skills. Removing or replacing these individuals will help restore the company's credibility and maintain a high standard of professionalism. 

• Evaluate and remove developers with poor English proficiency and communication skills: Effective communication is essential for successful project execution. Elluminati Inc should identify developers who struggle with English and communication and either provide training to improve these skills or consider alternative options. Hiring individuals with strong language and communication abilities will contribute to better collaboration and understanding between team members and clients.

Our project was created around 4,5 years ago passing by a few development company but always unhappy with their professional development and our taxi app always looking outdated. So we found Elluminati with alraedy built ongoing professional app with top of the range developers, since then i have seen a big increase of traffic in our app service and our clients starting to say positive feedback on the app functionalities and UI.

We searched online for taxi apps we found lots not so good and outdated taxi apps, so after testing for free the Elluminati taxi app i have found my self with a good looking UI, well built uber like white brand app.

After contacting Ulliminati and discussing goals and objectives, thats when they started the work and updating the whole system in our project and landing page. They have a great knowledge in multi programming languages also they have a great knowledge in various Google´s platforms.

A project manager was our main point of contact (Deep and Savan) throughout the process, very professional and very well speaking english language. There were 2 developers for android development and 2 for IOS development and 1 designer working on our project.

After launching our taxi app, we saw straight away the good feedback from the clients and the drivers they loved the updated design. We also saw a very big increase, around 80% in our traffic. and we were doubling income leads week by week.

We had daily meetins with their project manager, who comunicated with the rest of the team. They were always on point with no delays at all.

They gave us a more professional clean look landing page and app, and how they carried our project with ease.

When we first launched, there were little bugs in the app but they were quick on fixing the issues. I really recommend using Eluminatti.
