We searched online for app developers in India and shortlisted 5. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills and cost estimates.

DelivrMe's software also enables its delivery drivers to act as the user's personal shopper and purchase anything, from any store, at any time. To do this, drivers will carry a pre-paid card that will load funds automatically when the customer places an order through the app, allowing the driver to complete the purchase at the store.

The technology consists of custom made AI software that uses machine learning from previous customer data to facilitate the suggested positioning of drivers to align with the likelihood of an order being placed in that location. DelivrMe’s subcontractors have an open API which allows DelivrMe to link their back-end with the pre-paid payment cards and organise an automatic top up of funds.

Our tech stack: NodeJS, ExpressJS, AngularJS for Backend Application Server. HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS for frontend. MongoDB as NoSQL Server. Java for Android Native Apps. Swift for iOS Apps.

Within 3 months after the app was launched, we’ve successfully completed 100 orders and are now starting to roll out throughout the UK.

At the moment we are still in work with the implementation so we can not share any results right now regarding the evolution of the app but we have no doubt that it will have a huge impact in our community.

We were connected at all times over WhatsApp and Trello, overall I was very pleased with the workflow between our company and Elluminati Inc. They are well organized that the delivery is on time

We were so pleased about their ethical work regarding mobile app development and optimization. Their workflow and communication skills are very efficient and professional. We reviewed many vendors based on cost, previous work they have done, project methodology process, and synergies between our companies. The deciding factor was our interaction with them during the review process, their responses to our questions, and the information they were able to share on how they would support us during the project.

We reviewed over 8-10 companies in our process of choosing a vendor for this project. Our senior management team was all apart of the selection process.

The primary scope was to have a delivery app that allowed business owners to choose their drivers and take online orders. It needed to be able to allow for companies to scale into other opportunities of value that could bring them more business e.g. the selling of essentials goods through the app.

They were responsible for building the application to fit our requirements, they provided the design and development of the application. They developed native IoS and Android apps that complement a website.

What was the team composition?

There were 6 people involved from their team the CEO at certain points, 1 project team manager, and 4 developers. The size of the team changed certain stages depending on what needed to be accomplished for the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Being we have recently completed the project our metrics for the results are based around the completed product we have. It aligns with what we had asked to be built for us and we are more than satisfied with the results of the final product.

Based on preliminary demos we have given, the feedback has been that our app looks great and users can see how easy it is to use.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was strong and consistent throughout the projects. They accommodated our request for meetings at various times and were responsive to our request to set up those meetings.

We used Trello to track any issues or questions we had. They responded professionally to all feedback and made adjustments when needed based on that feedback.

In the begging, there might have been slight disconnects in understanding how we both understood each other's answers to topics but it was easily addressed after a few quick conference calls.

The time barrier was not an issue being both our teams were flexible with working hours to accommodate both time zones.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed at the hands-on approach their CEO was able to take with us when the project started and throughout it. Our project team leader was great in making sure all requirements and responses to questions in Trello were answered and she followed up with us to confirm things were resolved in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only area that might need improvement is providing more detail earlier on when it comes to things that might be a customization and whats not. Besides that, I think they provided great services and project management.

After many analysis to choose the best team to work with, our descisión was this great company; I've been working with Elluminati Inc for almost two years. I must say that they are great human beings; for many reasons, our project was delayed because of some integrations and even my family issues.

My point is, Deep and the team are very patient I feel supported by people, not by a business. The final product is what we need. It has much room to improve as every product is not perfect, so we'll continue to work for many years scaling the App.

We set the goal to cover all the country as soon as possible; the App it's not a fancy development. It's simple but functional; we believe in less is more. We will work to set a new way to do the business in the delivery industry.

The product I chose its a pre-build development. I decide to use it because it matches my expectations; after the initial communication, we work at a good rhythm. In Mexico, we did 't have stripe accessible at that moment, so we set a pause until finally, the stripe custom integration was available.

We have added to the project some customization. The App has many integrations like SMS, Google maps, Social login, Twilio, massive notificatión, and many others.

CEO Deep, Developer leader Miss Komal, many great developers I'm sure more than 8 different guys have been interacting with me, all of them very respectfully persons and very professional.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

FaastX has almost a month in the Mexican market; as I'm doing this business with low financial resources, I´m building a Crowdsourcing community.

It is taking time to show off the app, but finally, we are getting some downloads; people are reacting positively to the apps.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great! I have only positive comments. All of my expectations are fulfilled.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Rapport. technical aspects are perfectly covered.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sure, my only concern in the evolution of FaastX was the issue related to Stripe integration. I felt as if they were not involved in the pre-analysis of my needs as we talked at the first meeting about using stripe for custom integrations.

The issue was that stripe was working in Mexico receiving payments with the express futures. Our development today includes stripe custom connect, the more advanced integration. I must recognize that the company was very professional waiting for payments until this was solved, so Thank you, Elluminati. Inc.

I recommend investing more time to confirm available technoly in country to deploy the product.

We hired Elluminatiinc for the purchasing and installation of Eber Taxi, before the first payment, they are well responding, but after they received the payments, the response got below 75% and they continue playing you within their teams

Our goals is to get the best Ridesharing app from them, and to be able to reach customers very easily with a well scaled app.

How did you select this vendor?

when you look at the taxi app demo website, it is almost the same with uber's first website, showing that their apps will be better than others. Reason why the project was given to them.

Before the project was given to them, we have several discussions with the company, and it is up to 2 years that we've been following them to see updates,

And when the project is finally given to them, we told them they have to make it look real good, but what was delivered was too poor, No help link or help contents, (you must pay) despite selecting the enterprise package that they said it includes everything. Customer service is very very poor. Every little thing, you must pay a huge fees.

The team composed of ios, android, and stack developers, but the team leaders called Pooja and Rohan worked as if they never receive any payment from us, and response was seized from Rohan while Pooja's response is based on request for more fund in order for anything to be done. These are bad

I’m the CEO of Cabtown GmbH, a taxi company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Elluminati Inc?

We needed someone to develop our mobile taxi applications.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team developed two mobile apps for us— one for riders and the other for drivers. I provided wireframes, and they programmed from scratch. The apps function in communication with one another, and they comply with our national taxi laws.

We had several discussions with Elluminati Inc regarding the functions the apps should have, and they were able to implement several of them. The platform has an SOS button and tracking capabilities, as all of our rides must be both protected and recorded. The team also applied receipt printing abilities.

As of now, we’re continuing to test the final products.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although we’ve completed the user application, we’re still running through some final testing steps before we launch. We plan to do so in the coming weeks. 

However, the driver app was launched about six months ago, and so far has made improvements to the drivers’ experience.

How did Elluminati Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style is perfect. We use Trello to track progress and stay aware of bugs and other updates. The team always completes their tasks quickly. 

Although there’s a time difference, Elluminati Inc has managed it really well. Often, their developers work while we sleep, so when we come to work the next day we see our changes implemented.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Elluminati Inc has been able to take on every idea we’ve brought to the table. While other companies said the goals we had set couldn’t be achieved, Elluminati Inc brought them to life.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I never experience issues with our project manager, but sometimes he’s ill or otherwise unable to assist us. In those cases, Elluminati Inc could benefit from improved communication among their programmers.

The team was headed by Pooja, who served as the main point of contact. I have never spoken to any of the developers, however, I was informed there were three other members, a IOS developer, an Android developer, and a web person

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Initially, our customers were excited because of the overall look of the app. However, once you start using it it is very glitchy and does not function properly. This is had a negative impact on how business because customer who are unhappy with the experience often do not try again. We have also had serious operational issues because of problems with the app's backend. Orders would get stuck, time stamps would be off, depositions incorrect, etc. Overall, the impact of Elluminati on my business was overwhelmingly negative.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was poorly handled. There would be instances when I had issues and they were in Dubai on vacation so my issues were not handled in a timely manner. The attitude towards our project was very poor and little effort or energy was given to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Communication Testing - they would push out changes before testing them. Or fix one thing but mess up something else, then try to charge you to fix it. Sticking to what was agreement
