It was a chrome extension which fetches student information like, name, university, education, etc from LinkedIn

What was the team composition?

Initially, I was assigned to a BD, who spoke to me and understood the project. Then I was assigned a dedicated developer for the task, who understood my requirements very clearly and precisely completed it with clean code and utmost quality.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The extension was made for our personal use, inside the company and because of this extension, our manual activity reduced to 10%, so a lot of time is getting saved now and my team can work on other aspects of the company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I only communicated with the team and developer of EliteSigma and it was always a smooth conversation. The developer responded within 24 hours to any queries which I raised. There was a weekly update session which I kept and developer and the BD was always available for a skype call.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The developers of EliteSigma Infotech have excellent knowledge of the technology they are working on. They kick started the project immediately after the contract and I was amazed to see weekly updates.

Are there any areas for improvement?

BD has an excellent communication and strong English language skills. Developers has to improve a bit and I know they will do that. Else when I talk about their knowledge in Technology, it is outstanding.

They designed, developed, configured and launched the Chrome Extension, which is excellently working and is in the market for users to use

What was the team composition?

We were assigned 1 BD and 1 excellent developer. The BD used to communicate with us and after understanding regarding our requirements, used to inform the developer, and their SYNC was excellently handled by the owner of the company.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our business is majorly in dealing with customers and we are a freight provider, so such analytical product helped us to understand the needs of the customer and provide better service

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

As I wrote in my previous answer, the BD who spoke to me regularly was having excellent communication and was available to interact with me any time in EST time zone and the demos which they give every week were also very impressive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was able to interact with the owner directly and share my issues with him transparently, which was not there when we hired another organization before for our website development work. The owner of EliteSigma himself is a Masters of IT and have 15 years of experience in Software Development front.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little they could improve, as they are excellent coder, communicator and even excellent educator.
