We were looking for a company able to help us implement scandipwa technology on our existent Magento 2 store

We selected Elightworks due to their advertised fair pricing and proficiency with scandipwa

We had an initial meeting to discuss what were the key points of the jobs to be done and to make sure we were on the same page, the job consisted mainly in extending some pre-existing modules to work with scandipwa as well as fixing some issues with some scandipwa modules

one person worked in our project from start to finish, he was a developer bu the exact position in the company is unknown to us

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The results was ok. I had expected some better implementation of a few modules for example a FAQ module is missing some of its features,, instead it was reduced to the bare minimum for it to be considered as working, also some feature a lot of hours have been spent on are still not working at all and we`ve chosen to abandon it completely as a cost-saving strategy. We still have some issues that hopefully will be solved soon

The management is still learning how to handle customer relationships but they are getting better compared to when we started, I`m sure they will continue to improve with time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They seem to be growing at a very fast rate. They got recognized as an official partner of ScandiPWA , which proved their expertise on the matter.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had some communication issues at the beginning, when small issues were found they immediately asked for support on our side before trying troubleshooting on their side forgetting we hired a development company for the exact reason that we ourselves are not devs.
