I'm the CTO of Snaile Inc. We manufacture, sell, service, and support electronic parcel management lockers for multi-residential and commercial use cases.

What challenge were you trying to address with ElifTech?

We needed to build mobile apps for Android and iOS.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of work done?

ElifTech designed, developed, and tested the mobile app in collaboration with our internal developer. The app had building-driven signup, parcel delivery notifications, pickup codes, pickup notifications, and parcel history.

We worked with 8 teammates from ElifTech.

We worked together from January–May 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received regular updates in Basecamp and two product demos. Since communication was asynchronous and written, each task was updated as progress was made. Daily updates were typical, and weekly updates were typical for larger tasks.

The product demos clarified what was being built and allowed us to see if we were in alignment.

How did ElifTech perform from a project management standpoint?

ElifTech delivered on time and was responsive. The team was amenable to our way of working.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ElifTech had very skilled designers and developers. The project managers were good at highlighting potential issues and mitigating them via timely communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had a few issues during regression testing, but they weren't showstoppers.

We started working with Eliftech with the goal of having them build a native iOS app (React Native, for iPhone only) that provided a better, smoother, more performant front-end to our enterprise application. The current front end was a web app, and it was slow and not well optimized for mobile. 

Our design team provided UX and UI designs, with the Eliftech team weighing in with recommendations/suggestions. 

Our dev team created the necessary APIs, and the Eliftech team did all of the React Native development and functional testing. 

Key deliverables:

• Definition of API details (working with our team)
• iOS app delivery for user acceptance testing
• Support during the App Store submission process
• Ongoing application support, feature enhancements, and maintenance updates

After the initial app's release, we had the Eliftech team build a second app, leveraging some of the code base of the first, for a separate user audience within our organization. There was some feature overlap and some new features for the separate user role. The timeline for the second app was shorter and required some additional back-end components for push notification routing built by Eliftech, as well.

• Successful, on-time delivery of the applications
• Low bug count during user acceptance testing (and quick turnaround time to resolve)
• Overwhelmingly positive feedback from user base

The Eliftech team integrated directly with the rest of our development team (which was already a combination of on- and off-site people). They participated in Zoom standup meetings, they were on our email and Teams channels, and were using our Jira and Confluence instances, so communication was easy. 

They were very communicative, sometimes surprisingly so given the time zone difference. There were plenty of times when we sent a message expecting a response the next morning but instead getting one within minutes. 

The work was fast, and their team was often ahead and pushing the rest of the team to keep up.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Eliftech delivered high-quality work fast and truly cared about the end product. They became part of our team quickly and started contributing right away. They didn't just "read the work order", but asked questions and gave feedback that uncovered issues/concerns we hadn't considered, making the end product better. They wanted the final product to be something we could all be proud of and that our end users would love just as much as we did, and everything came out that much better because of it.

ElifTech were hired to build a historical exchange rate comparison tool for businesses to use in aid of lead generation, automating the role of a salesperson. The developer, Yurii, was tasked with completed the front end.

1. Could they help us build a functional front end for the SaaS product? 
2. Could we launch the MVP and have it generating MRRs quickly?

The deal, both Yurii and Valeriia, they were fantastic in their communication skills and development skills. We are super pleased to say that the product was generating revenue from it's first week live. The product has not encountered any issues, and continues to thrive.
