ElifTech's consultant was hired part time to support us with the development. He was present, active, and of benefit throughout the project's length.

We had a couple of calls with ElifTech prior to beginning the project. We describe what we needed and ElifTech gave their recommendations of how and with whom to proceed. ElifTech followed up regularly to make sure we were happy with their consultant and the progress he made.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had an overall good experience with no hiccups or bad surprises. ElifTech delivered what was expected and agreed upon.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are happy with everything.

The project was worked on in an independent manner by consultants completing sprint tasks. The project included REST API integrations in Golang, MySQL databases and React client UI and data consumption.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Improving core flows helped reduce problems drastically.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They learned about the systems very fast and worked efficiently on completing the work needed. They worked independently, helped each other and reached out to needed members of the team when they needed help.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very efficient at solving technical difficulties. Fast moving and reliable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication can always be improved and so as well in this case. Many implementations were iterated over very fast and sometimes the necessary information sharing around aspects was missing.

Quickit is an application and service to restaurants, that makes it possible for their guests to order and pay the bill through their own smartphone. The concept minimizes waiting time for the guests and it is very cost-efficient for the restaurants. It is also a direct marketing channel from restaurant to consumer, where they can send out messages and daily/weekly/monthly offers directly to their target groups.
