We hired Elexoft Tech for making a gym management system for us. Our goals were to register gym members, mark their attendance everyday and we should get an alert when fee is due for each member of the gym.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We searched so many firms in Pakistan and contacted them via zoom meeting. We have chosen Elexoft because of their cost, good communication skills, knowledge related to the software's and knowledge of gym management systems.

Firstly we give them details about our idea and we have several meetings with them. After this they prepared a SRS document for us in which all features of this software was written in details along with some diagrams. We signed on their provided kickoff agreement and then we started our project with Elexoft.

We have paid them in milestone basis. We payed them using online platform called payoneer to their company account.

They have used 3 resources on the development of this online ERP software. They were frontend developer, backend developer and software tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

They have delivered us work within our given deadline period and that helped us to use this online software in our fitness centers and now everything is automated and we don't need to worry about due fees and attendance of the members.

Elexoft team provide us update after every 1 week. We communicate with them using Zoom call and they showed us every completed module of this software and then we give them our feedback as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have worked with Elexoft team to make a gym management system for us and they delivered us this product as per our requirements. In our product gym admin can signup and can register their members and then our system will notify us every month to collect gym fee from each member. Also we can give gym cards to each member from this system so we can mark their attendance everyday by just swiping this card in QR code scanner. Everything of Elexoft is perfect. Just they need to increase their team so more clients can get benefit from their best services and we are very happy to work with such a great company. We will work again with them in future.

I am the CTO of a financial services company which provides financial information about stocks for retail investors, as well as a platform to discuss stock related information and connect with other retail investors.

We wanted to develop a mobile and web application and Elexoft helped us to achieve this goal in an incredible manner. They supported the integration of an API for fetching stock data, assisted with building our database and helped us to develop the android, iOS and web application. Elexoft remains a good partner and helps us with the maintenance of our project.

We had calls with several software houses in Pakistan (since we have quiet a few members of our team speaking the native language Urdu) and we decided to work with Elexoft, as they perfectly understood our requirements and had already several years of experience in that area.

We had weekly calls with Elexoft regarding our project, to keep track of the progress as well as to discuss features and hurdles which we came across in development. As said above, they supported us in developing our Android, iOS and Web application as well as building our SQL database.

Several Team members of Elexoft worked on our project. I cannot give an exact number, but as far as I know there was at least one iOS developer, one Android developer, one Web developer and one person working on the backend.

As our project is not launched yet, we cannot share any measurable outcome yet. We will do so as soon as we launched the project.

We communicated via Skype and Zoom. We used Skype for quickly communicating issues and answering questions and Zoom for our weekly calls (sometimes even more than once a week). The team was always available for us and never hesitated to answer to our inquiries within hours.

The team has a good understanding not only of developing what is requested, but also questioning the logic behind what is requested and making suggestions to improve the project. The team at Elexoft always gave us advice on how we could improve things. They always share their opinions with us, leading to fruitful discussions to reach a better result. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, for now we are very satisfied.

The vendor was selected through web search. Their reviews by their customers were the deciding factor for choosing this company.

The system consists of various modules and enables the customers to choose the desired modules as per their requirement.

Mostly the project was looked after by CEO Elexoft Technologies through his personal attention. Although he was backed by his entire team.

The project has entered into the final phase and is already in use in aviation industry. The project delivered is an excellent product and is highly appreciated by the users. The best professional team i have ever come across.

The project has been delivered as per defined milestones and with in prescribed timeline. Honestly, the way project has been handled, I am absolutely delighted and happy. The most professional way it could have been handled.
