Our organization's reach is growing, and the company needed a website to make the resources available to partners and clients that required access to the curriculum and other information.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The website was built from scratch. They’ve been able to adapt our branding and make it interesting for the website. We give them all the photos and content, but they have been responsible for cropping photos and the positioning of graphics. They’ve chosen the color palette based on our logo and branding. Elevated Internet Marketing is offering maintenance and hosting services.

We primarily work with Patrick (Director of Creative Direction & Design) and one other person. Other people are behind the scenes, but we don’t interact with them.

They were a referral from the person who built the first website. They gave us a few options, but we eventually chose Elevated Internet Marketing because they seemed familiar with our cause and built websites for other organizations like ours.

We started working together in March 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

They’ve made the website more professional and functional than we ever thought it could be. We’ve been thrilled with everything they’ve done so far.

The project was supposed to finish earlier than it has, but that’s not their fault; we haven’t had all of the content ready on our end. They’re always on time with everything and are even ahead of schedule most of the time. We have weekly calls to stay on track and use Google Meet to communicate; we use Basecamp for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very patient and take things apart so that we understand everything they’re doing. They’re timely, professional, reliable, and we love the results they give us. They’re personable and they value our time which we appreciate.

There’s nothing that we can come up with.

Elevated evaluated our copy and marketing assets determining the look and feel of both our website and advertising materials. Next evaluated for SEO, remarketing of visitors to our website using email and digital retargeting. They expanded our social media to earn consumer's confidence with the content on our web pages and ultimately product reputation post purchase resulting in reviews and testimonials.

The people are what make working with Elevated enjoyable. Elevated has the broad breadth and depth of staff to manage all digital management functions. After introductions and project onboarding we jumped into the creative process. The deliverables and timeline were clear and they kept us all on track with Basecamp. Once the creative was complete it went into development. We had QA and testing for a few weeks then it was launched!

Our main contact was the project manager but we also worked closely with the designer, coordinator, and lead developer.

The outcome was an easily editable website that can also be customized to any landing page we may need.

They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable on all forms of internet marketing. They are a tight-knit group who are always on the same page.

No, we were very happy with the outcome and continue to work with them on new projects.

I am the Product Marketing Manager at Biocoat a medical device coating company located thirty minutes outside of Philadelphia.

Our company had run its course with our current marketing agency, and we needed fresh ideas and a newly updated website. After vetting a few companies and providing them with the same small project, we were impressed with Elevated Internet Marketing and ultimately selected them to create our new website and marketing materials.

We had a unique way of selecting our vendor. First, we started with introductory calls. Next, we asked for references, and finally, we asked the companies to do a small project for us before making our final selection. In this case, we were looking for a company to build a new website for our company. So the small project was to create a sample homepage and functions they would incorporate into our website. After completing this project with three different marketing agencies, we knew Elevated Internet Marketing was the right company for us to trust with our website and marketing needs.

Our project is to construct a new website for Biocoat. We had several introductory meetings with Elevated. We discussed how we wanted to expand our brand book. We created a new company diagram which the website would be framed around. We met weekly and dug deeper into the project, identifying color schemes, scrolling, pop-out functions, and new integrations to make our interface more user-friendly. We eventually narrowed down our selections to find the perfect website for Biocoat. Elevated was creative, informative, and responsive every step of the way. They swiftly addressed my concerns and reassured me we were on the right path. It was very comforting working with an organization that treated my website as if it was their own.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The process has been very thorough. Elevated built a roadmap and attached tasks and deadlines for each step of the way. We effectively hit all those goals, and our project has been moving smoothly. We are currently awaiting the final product, but I don't have any doubt it will be great. We have watched the project grow and approved every facet, so we won't have any surprises.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both of our teams work very effectively. Elevated has made it very easy to communicate and are quick to respond to any needs. We use a project management system called basecamp which houses all of our communication and progress in one place. This elimates any confusion and provides all of the information in a quick easy manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I find their cohesion and effectiveness in communicating the most impressive. Every individual working on our project is up to date-and knowledgeable on our roadmap. Suppose I ask a question about the creative material, but Patrick is out of the office. In that case, Jeremy can still provide the answer without hesitation, even though it is not his department. The team has gone above and beyond to cater to my needs. I had an urgent matter come up where we needed to quickly make an edit to one of our designs before I could share it with my CEO that afternoon. I reached out to Elevated, hoping to get it resolved. Patrick called me over zoom, and we were able to make the changes in real time and provide the updated document before we hung up our call.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I feel like Elevated has done a fantastic job so far. I look forward to continuing to build our relationship and grow our project load in the future.

This partnership was from June 2021–August 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve noticed an uptick in our site’s performance since its launch. Although there are no metrics from before the engagement, in September 2022, we had 102 interactions. We’ve also gotten a lot of compliments from our customers on the site. 

Overall, the project went well, so we’re planning on using their services again for SEO. 

How did Elevated Internet Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Elevated Internet Marketing used Basecamp to manage the project and communicated with us through Google Meet. Any delays that happened were because of issues on our end. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Elevated Internet Marketing’s team was very flexible. They were open to our feedback — their team was creative but executed what we wanted without pushback. They were knowledgeable and experienced, and we look forward to using them for SEO. 

I liked how communicative Elevated Internet Marketing was. They responded quickly, often on the same day. 

For example, I had a website broker reach out to me about purchasing a different domain. I was able to just forward that information to Elevated Internet Marketing. They took that email and, completely free of charge, ran an analysis of the traffic to that web domain very quickly. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t identify anything they could’ve changed. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We lagged in our responses, which made things get lost and delayed the project. So, customers need to be as responsive as Elevated Internet Marketing is.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve moved a lot of our click-through rates to conversions in terms of optimization, and they’ve implemented those campaigns and are monitoring them to ensure our spend levels are tracking based on performance insights. They were given briefs, budgets, and rough allocations regarding monthly spends for those budgets. 

At this point, we’ve been primarily working on implementation, so we have budgets and particular goals that we’re trying to reach in terms of audience and the actions we’d like our audience to take. They’re working on three of our accounts and providing the implementation of PPC campaigns primarily through Google Ads search and display, with a limited amount on Facebook. They also analyze and record performance and give us insights based on these metrics. 

We provide Elevated Internet Marketing with the assets, and they provide keyword guidance and recommendations for copy tweaks.

We’ve been moving many of our clients from click-through rates to driving conversions, which we weren’t looking at before. In terms of performance, we’ve been seeing metrics of success increase for our clients. We’re happy with how the optimization has been going, and we look forward to continuously improving that.

They're very responsive, and we work on all the reporting together. We communicate through email and Basecamp, and we share files with Box. We meet weekly using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

They’re very collaborative and include us in all the decisions that are being made.

We think there could be a little more emphasis on proofing before sharing documents and going live with campaigns.

We work with Elevated on new customer acquisition. We're advertising on various platforms, and Elevated runs the media performance on those platforms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elevated Internet Marketing does PPC and social media campaigns for us, from ideation through execution and optimization. We started by setting our goals for profitable customer acquisition work so they could develop the right positioning, the right creatives, the correct media placement strategy, the right spend, and the channel mix.

Part of the process has been to audit our existing marketing campaigns and provide insights into what was working well, what wasn't working well, and what they could optimize. Then they set executing new strategies and campaign frameworks around those insights.

In addition to that, they've also helped us with SEO, building a brand new website, blog posting, and backlinking.

We're delighted with their work. On at least three of our largest keywords, we went from placement within page five of search results to page one. Moreover, in terms of our overall media cost, they've brought down our acquisition cost by about 45% from when we started.

Overall, our marketing strategy and the partnership with them have helped us scale to where we are now — their work has been a significant ingredient to our success.
