The team redesigned the website to make it more user-friendly and better showcase our services.Element 99 Marketing gave us a template with questions specific to our industry to help us provide them with content to update the website. Their method helped us provide information we may not have originally thought to provide. We provided the logo, but they guided us in creating the new content and took over the task of redesigning the website.

We asked Element 99 to update and streamline our current website. We wanted to add a staff page to share pictures of staff and contact information. We asked also for some of the information on pages be updated.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were giving updates weekly, with the proposed web pages available for us to view and make edits should we choose. We were in communication with our project manager as often as we saw fit and everything was done in a timely fashion. We had control of the pace of the project and never waited long to see the changes we suggested.

Element 99's project management exceeded our expectations from a timetable stand point. Items were always on time and any corrections were returned in less than a busniess day. Any questions or concerns were addressed completley and quickly.

The entire online adverting was new and foreign to me so I have deffered to Lucas's expertise and so far have been pleased with the results.
