We needed help redesigning the UX of our advanced configuration screens to focus more on user-centered design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Eleken completed a full UX audit and created a UI kit in Figma. Then, they worked on individual tasks and created the Figma designs for each task area. Overall, they provided designs for the most complex configuration screens within our system.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Eleken generated artifacts that we’re using as the basis of UI enhancements. They also completely reimagined our screen layouts. We’ve received positive user feedback from our internal pre-sales, sales, and marketing teams and from initial pilot clients seeing the new designs. Overall, the screens are simplified and easier to follow, with an improved ease of discovery and faster problem-solving.

Eleken delivered on time and with high quality. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They provided an uplift incredibly quickly. I didn’t expect us to achieve as much as we did in the four months we worked together.

Eleken delivered a complete, production-ready design foundation for Smartpin across web and mobile (iOS & Android): a scalable Figma design system and component library with color tokens, typography, and reusable UI patterns mapped directly to React + Tailwind components; high-fidelity Figma prototypes and interactive flows for onboarding, asset management, PLG upgrade paths, and multi-user admin features; and seamless design-to-code collaboration with our engineering team to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive implementation and rapid iteration on every platform.

Eleken was supposed to give us a UI/UX audit and propose a new direction for our platform. This included deliverables like a design system and more. The audit focused on identifying pain and friction points, areas for improvement, iconography, fonts, and more.

We found Eleken through a referral from an industry peer. The team was very clear about the challenges we had as a company. They also invested in a trial project with us, and that project later became a reality.

We’ve seen Figma screens and other deliverables from Eleken. We can see the visuals and get excited about the direction. We can also confirm that this is the route we want to go. Overall, we’ve seen a better look and better use of real estate on our platform.

Eleken provided a complete UI overhaul of the entire customer portal. The team added user workflows to incorporate advanced device tracking cases and created design guidelines for our developers. Eleken created Figma pages with layouts, colors, iconography, and user workflows.
