The most impressive thing was their response time. Every member of the Elegant team was 100% dedicated to the success of the project.

We firstly buy Elegant Bi and implemented it in our organization. currently we are using upgraded version name Smarten.

We used BI in sales, incentive, MIS, Accounts and outstanding, Stock etc.

we were invite many vendor for demo of BI (tableau,Microsoft,Oracle,IBM).

we create more than 100 reports in BI for sales , stock, MIS analysis (product , state, area , brand , ME to VP hierarchy) wise . we also developed graph , top bottom analysis in BI tool.

What was the team composition?

intially 2 of them i am main point of contact for whole project. we contact concern department understand their requirement and gather data and develop report as per various department.

within 6 month we develop more than 50 reports and user and company understand usefulness of that tool, other department start to give new reports to develop. so currently we develop more than 100 reports in BI tool

we work in coordination of departments. they put their requirements and we gather data accordingly and develop reports.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

staff of company is very co-operation and they understand our requirements, changes. They develop new things for us very fast and accurately. their QA team also good. they help us to implement new reports. we learned many new thought from them. they work in manage flow.

currently we get all as per our expectation.
