We began by conducting a series of discovery calls to define the project's objectives, timelines, and deliverables, culminating in an aggressive yet achievable delivery date. Following this, we divided the project into manageable sprints, outlining a comprehensive plan to develop the UI in simultaneously with designers, while developers worked on creating a robust dual-platform app optimized for tablets.

Throughout the project, we utilized Figma for collaborative design, React for building reusable UI components, and Firebase for smooth app deployment and management. Inexture team worked efficiently and creatively, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

The dual-platform software was created to give a consistent UX across all devices, emphasizing easy navigation, clear typography, and visually attractive visuals. ELDEVELOP designers created a beautiful UI that adhered to the requirements, while the developers provided an enjoyable and responsive app experience. Working in sprints allowed Inexture to keep a steady pace, handle difficulties quickly, and provide a high-quality solution that fulfilled our expectations.

They went above and above with their software and UI. According to multiple focus groups, every contractor who has looked at it and experimented with it has felt quite comfortable with it. They also delivered quickly.

The project manager and crew were extremely simple to interact with. We used Slack and Zoom for the majority of our communications and conducted weekly stand-ups to ensure everything was on track. We scheduled monthly meetings with team management to ensure that goals stayed aligned, and the team provided daily reports on their progress.

But what impressed me the most was the team's dedication to the project and the fact that they kept supporting us even after the development was done - until every single thing was perfect and we confidently went to market and started making money from our platform.

Of course, there were some issues here and there - this is normal for every project, and especially because of the nature of Wordpress. But with Dmytro's very fast response and delivery, everything was fixed and it's now working perfectly.
