I’m the director and co-founder of a startup that’s developing a marketplace of psychotherapy services, specifically for the UK market.

We hired Einfach Hub to integrate a chatbot into the product we’re currently developing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Einfach Hub integrated a chatbot into our software. They also provided some additional UI/UX support. They also took the initiative to directly engage with the SaaS provider of the platform we’re relying on.

We worked with one main person, but another person stepped in when needed.

I found them through a freelancing platform by filtering my search for similar projects. I saw that they were familiar with the work, so I felt confident that they would be a good choice. They were also available at a cost-effective rate.

We spent around $550.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them on this project through November–December 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very happy with their work. We plan to do some eventual improvements and modifications, so we’ll definitely leverage their services again.

How did Einfach Hub Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated both through Skype and the Freelance platform. We agreed on a later delivery than originally planned, but it was nothing unexpected. In the end, everything was delivered according to the plan.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’d say that their good communication skills distinguish them. They also provided us with great feedback every step of the way. They kept us informed of all project progress, so I was never left in the dark.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so, which is why I want to continue working with them. They did a really great job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d definitely recommend them. They’ll save you both time and money; it’s difficult to find such a competitively-priced company with the skills they have.

To increase the UX, and keep the product up to date as per the market need.

How did you select this vendor?

Seeing the capabilities of the team, their past work. We first pushed small task and found them doing amazing work. That clicked with us and we continued with them for longer duration.

They took the development requirements on weekly basis and updated us with the solutions available along with timeline and cost. Once we finalized the solution, they implement it and give us for testing. Once testing is completed, they made it live.

What was the team composition?

They have solution team to think about our requirement and find the best solutions for us. They have development team and a testing team. Apart from this, they have accounts team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our seo team requested to reduce the site loading speed. So they provided number of ways to do that. We choose few of the high impact methods and once implemented, we saw great impact on user experience. We achieved reducing the loading speed by 2 sec on an AVG. Plus the Google speed indexing also increased. We received look positive from the customers and eventually the website ranking also increased.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Brajendra was the account manager for us and he ensures that our requirements get completed on time. We were well satisfied with the complete teams response

They were cost effective with briliant solutions and on-time work delivery.
