At the start of the project, we assembled a team of 8 people (Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack devs, QA, BA, DevOps, PM) with verifiable experience in AI. In early discovery sessions we didn’t just sketch UI: we debated mechanics of the AI—how prompts should work, how to handle AI content generation workflows, fallback logic for low-confidence outputs, where human editing is needed, how to evaluate quality and avoid bias/hallucinations. We refined the user journey in detail: onboarding flows for new users, how the content suggestions appear, review loops, feedback mechanisms, versioning of content drafts. With the BA and AI-devs we pulled together the feature set for the MVP, cutting features that were high effort but low impact plus adding ones that ensure the AI core is useful from day one (template generation, content summarization, topic suggestions, style adaptation). Once scope was locked, full development kicked in: backend APIs to host and interface with models, frontend UI for content editors, integration of AI models / prompt engineering, QA including test datasets, bias and edge case testing, DevOps for deployment pipelines.

We’ve got a solid MVP that clearly proved the value of our AI-powered content creation platform. The results were awesome — the time to produce a ready‑to‑publish article dropped by over 70%, and in testing more than 85% of AI drafts needed only light edits before going live. This showed that not only was the system technically strong, but the content quality truly met the real needs of our users. Right now, our AI-assisted writing software solution is running successfully and generating revenue. We hired this team as a dedicated one, and they now work on the platform as if they were our in-house team (it was the ideal option for us in terms of payments and management). Eventually we’ve got a fully functional and user-friendly mobile app for linkbuilding purposes. The app will allow users to easily find and request backlinks, track the progress of their backlink requests, and communicate with website owners.
