At the start of the project, we assembled a team of 8 people (Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack devs, QA, BA, DevOps, PM) with verifiable experience in AI. In early discovery sessions we didn’t just sketch UI: we debated mechanics of the AI—how prompts should work, how to handle AI content generation workflows, fallback logic for low-confidence outputs, where human editing is needed, how to evaluate quality and avoid bias/hallucinations. We refined the user journey in detail: onboarding flows for new users, how the content suggestions appear, review loops, feedback mechanisms, versioning of content drafts. With the BA and AI-devs we pulled together the feature set for the MVP, cutting features that were high effort but low impact plus adding ones that ensure the AI core is useful from day one (template generation, content summarization, topic suggestions, style adaptation). Once scope was locked, full development kicked in: backend APIs to host and interface with models, frontend UI for content editors, integration of AI models / prompt engineering, QA including test datasets, bias and edge case testing, DevOps for deployment pipelines.

We’ve got a solid MVP that clearly proved the value of our AI-powered content creation platform. We built a working version of our AI core that generates high‑quality content in line with brand voice and context. The MVP includes everything a user needs to get started: onboarding flows, a simple content generation interface, tools to train the AI on brand style, dashboards to track performance. The results were awesome — the time to produce a ready‑to‑publish article dropped by over 70%, and in testing more than 85% of AI drafts needed only light edits before going live. This showed that not only was the system technically strong, but the content quality truly met the real needs of our users. Right now, our AI-assisted writing software solution is running successfully and generating revenue. We hired this team as a dedicated one, and they now work on the platform as if they were our in-house team (it was the ideal option for us in terms of payments and management). During the initial phase, we worked closely with the project team to define the expected user journeys for both students and rabbis. They carefully considered our suggestions while also proposing valuable improvements. Once the user journeys were finalized, all features were developed around this agreed flow. 
For students, our goal was to have all learning related activities in one place, including study groups, lesson materials, schedules, and progress tracking, and the team successfully implemented this. The integrated QR code solution for attendance within the platform proved to be particularly effective. 
For the rabbis’ interface, the team focused on creating a simple and intuitive system for managing courses, organizing groups, scheduling classes, approving students, and tracking attendance.

From a technical perspective, the system performs reliably and efficiently, with stable backend operations and seamless database updates. Overall, the platform meets our expectations on both the frontend and backend.

Then, together with the team, we refined our early concept and decided to build both a web and mobile version (iOS and Android). The platform included campaign tracking dashboards, deliverability metrics, conversion analytics, contact segmentation tools, and an integration hub for third-party email services via API (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and others). Once again, we worked on building the full platform from 0: integrated LinkedIn and internal data, created a real-time dashboard for engagement and reputation, added sentiment tracking, audience segmentation, and automated client reports. The designers also created a sleek UI based on our initial vision: clear charts, trend lines, and heatmaps showing when and where a client’s content performs best. We had iterative demos, user feedback sessions, and testing with account managers to be sure the UX fit our workflow.

It turned out even better than we expected, because we slightly improved the functionality along the way and added a few really cool features that weren’t in our original concept.
