I’m the owner of a flooring company.

What challenge were you trying to address with EezyCode?

I needed an appealing, functional website that I could direct my clients and leads to.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed and developed my website. I gave them some ideas I had for layout and color scheme, and they incorporated these suggestions. They also walked me through the site audit they performed to make the platform SEO-friendly.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Samuel (Founder & CTO) and Ajith (VP Enterprise Solutions).

How did you come to work with Eezycode?

My wife found them, and I was taken by their transparency. They gave me a detailed scope of services before the engagement. I was impressed by their portfolio, and their pricing was fairly competitive.

How much have you invested with them?

The site cost me $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project began and ended in April 2020. They turned the site around very quickly. I have them on a monthly contract where they maintain the site and implement any updates.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I don’t have any stats, but I’ve gotten great feedback. Everyone who’s seen the website has loved it. It looks great, and it’s functional. The whole project was seamless. They were very helpful in guiding me through a process that was unfamiliar to me.

The site has all the necessary information to be conveyed to readers, and at the same time, it has an appealing interface.

How did Eezycode perform from a project management standpoint?

They were extremely punctual. Most of the time, they were waiting on me to send them the necessary materials.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re excellent communicators who delivered exactly what they promised. They also executed ahead of schedule.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. Their work was faultless.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just communicate with them. They’re very patient and are willing to work with you.
