I started this business long back and I was getting business through referrals. Last few years due to high competition in my business the conversion in business started going down and then I thought I need to find a way to keep the business going. I have a huge team to take care of.

I found about this company through their social media page and I contact them and met them personally as we are in same city.

I discussed my business model, challenges with them. There were 3 people involved in the meeting and they listened to what I had to say. They gave some great idea and suggestions to implement immediately. They suggested me the whole plan in phases and showed me the vision of how I could actually achieve the targets I had in my mind for my business.

We started with design changes first to make sure the website looks good to people who land on my website, the earlier version of website was too slow, not attractive and not upto the mark. They suggested to invest minimum on website and use those funds on marketing my services. They started Facebook and Google ads and within a week I got few leads which actually converted in business.

I was happy with the results and I hired them as my partners.

I was working directly with 2 people and there were 5 people in the whole project. They responded to me timely and made sure we had a conference call every week to discuss the strategy and results.

With the old website I never knew how many people visited it from where they were. With the new website I got reports every week which showed my number of visitor on my site, reports of leads we've got from the paid campaigns.

We communicate over Basecamp, the whole team used that and it was so easy to talk to them. I am using the mobile app which makes it more easy for me to talk as I am always travelling.

Few points I was impressed about them: 1)The team is very transparent and straightforward, and they do not make fake promises in the workflow. 2) The meetings are very realistic and to the point 3) They are very quick in responding to any query I have 4) They will only spent my funds where I get better ROI, and as a business owner ROI matters a lot for me 5) They come with lot of unique ideas

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Most of the communication happened on basecamp and something a quick call is easier for me. According to them they want to update in basecamp so that the whole team is aware of what is being communicated to me, I feel they are right. I dont find anything in specific they can improve on.

The scope of work and the contract was clear. They were open about how soon they can actually deliver and it did not feel that they were trying to hide minute details- something that I experienced with previous agencies.

The work involved designing a static website along with all the management of social media handles. The website was designed on the Wordpress platform and SEO operation were performed to enhance its ranking and further drive more traffic to generate leads.

I had a meeting with the whole team before starting the work to make sure there was no communication gap. I communicate with Team lead on on going basis.

Overall it’s was great experience as they help us guide in the right path to make our digital exposure more visible to right buyer and generate more leads for future business.

We usually communicated on daily basis and they shared daily updates of the work being completed, as they had made efforts to collect every details about the business which made communication very brief and all point were covered easily due to this methodology. The team acted in a very professional manner and used the right set of skills to complete the work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are the most professional people while being friendly in dealing with everything. They make sure all of our requirements are fulfilled.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of at the moment.

I am the executive director of Sumiran Foods Private Limited. We are manufacturers of Indian sweets, baby products, and snacks.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ecomnext Solution?

I wasn’t satisfied with our previous vendor — there were a lot of issues with the website. I wanted a different homepage as well as different functionality for the site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

There were product category issues that we were facing as the previous vendor had just uploaded all the products. Due to that, we were not able to give the coupon codes for the particular categories we wanted to. Ecomnext Solution has sorted that out, as well as many other things. 

The previous vendor also couldn’t provide what we needed in time and took a lot of time to resolve issues. After starting to work with Ecomnext Solution, they’ve done a smooth job of resolving issues and providing what we need.

I am currently in contact with two people, but I’m not sure how many people are involved.

How did you come to work with Ecomnext Solution?

We are on the same business platform and I got a reference from them. I showed them my website and we had a discussion with Ecomnext Solution about what my challenges and issues were. I was pretty satisfied with what they said and the report they came up with, which was a major part of why we started working with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent around 3.5 lakhs (approximately $7,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement started around August 2020, and they’re still working on the website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I have Google Analytics set up on my website, so I can see that we are very obviously getting more visitors to our website now than we were with our previous provider.

We usually talk on the phone, but we also use Basecamp and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I find their ideas and their ability to identify problems the website had to be impressive. They do a very good job with that aspect, which is what made me change over to their team in the beginning.

No, there’s nothing to improve. Right now, they’re doing a good job.

I have already given them two referrals and one of them is currently working with them.

We’ve seen traffic on the website, but no conversions yet. We just started Google ads this month. My friends and colleagues have been very impressed with the website. Ecomnext Solution has been a good partner, with good resources, for me.

We have scheduled meetings a few times per week to discuss progress. We communicate via Zoom and WhatsApp.

Ecomnext integrated an AI deep learning Colorizer onto my website and built a dashboard and functionality around that.

I discussed with Manmeet what I required and he looked into the details and solutions. I wasn't 100% it was achievable but they came back with a cost effective solution

The day after the service went live I had my first customer from the US. According to my analytics the customer found the service via a search engine

Communication was excellent, and they put forward helpful solutions such as the dashboard and customer flow.
