What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Basic Installation and Setup of Cs-cart MV Plus/Ultimate was ok, that was phase 1. Then the addon's like Mollie, Sendcloud were not even close to ok. Mainly beacuse Chris Painter did not really understand our needs. He just outsourced integrations, without asking BEFORE how we would like to have this done.

First phase 1 was on time, then every next step was delayed. Many reasons came up from Chris Painter why things were delayed, developers got off the project, sick, etc. After two months, we were having doubts about all deliveries and the project, we express our concerns at Chris, and he apologized several times and would make it right the next update, test website or release. That didn't happen anymore from phase 2. We didn't even came to phase 3.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First of all we didn't find many companies that had experience with CS-Card. e:command had and Chris Painter came over as a experienced IT guy and project manager.

Our mistake is that we paid too much in front for the first projects. If we just had paid the first project, as we then discovered lack of deliveries and understanding our IT needs and delays, we had quieted earlier in the game.

I was a Regional sales for UK and Europe at Alliance Group Of Companies which has 20+years of industry experience with 12 offices, 250+Years of Management Experience, 500+clients and working with 50+fortune companies for over a decade. Ecommand is a part of Alliance Group and is one of the UK's biggest e Commerce companies in UK.

We work with multinationals, sole traders, and start-ups. We have designed, built and marketed everything from start-up online stores, B2C ordering platforms, to multi-million-pound eCommerce websites for B2B markets. We have integrated our eCommerce platform with a wide variety of enterprise applications. Applications that are designed to be robust and scalable across an organization.

I am responsible for bringing business to the company by driving sales for UK, Europe region. My role is to engage with the entrepreneurs, mid to small size businesses, start ups, traders reaching the decision makers through LinkedIn thus understanding their business and accordingly present the right solution to them who are either looking for e Commerce Solutions or wants to upgrade their business according to their business verticals.

How did you select Ecommand and what were the deciding factors?

We had done an intense research on most of the solutions and shortlisted few of them, out of which we then shortlisted Ecommand as we were looking for such kind of solutions that could provide multi vendor management platform for simplifying the business operations of our customers in an affordable cost and which could provide end to end solutions to our B2B customers.

We wanted to reach people from different industries from mid to large size businesses, helping start ups established their online presence and we found out that Ecommand has been the name behind some of the world's biggest e-commerce offerings and its solutions are customisable, scalable, secured and multi vendor ready.

While doing research for other solutions, we found out that as compared to other solutions, Ecommand has acquired detailed knowledge of enterprise systems and its requirements and has successfully implemented multi purpose projects, since its inception.

We used Multi Vendor Market Solution and CS Kart as a technology tools. CS - Kart Multi Vendor Market Solution and - A CS - Kart Multi Vendor Marketplace is an e-commerce platform that empowers multiple vendors to sell their products from one storefront.

Multivendor store gives shoppers a huge catalog to choose from and provides sellers with a bigger base of ready-to-buy customers. Multi-vendor stores have the technical infrastructure to support the listing and sale of thousands of products across a vast range of categories through a huge number of sellers.

After launching our project, we saw a 70% increase in site traffic and tremendous response from our customers which doubled our sales month over month and it really exceeded our expectations.

Their project management style was very impressive, I was really impressed with their professionalism, expertise and assistance throughout the project and their abillty to deliver a large scale project on a short timeline with great results was also quite impressive.

We had daily stand ups with their project manager who used to communicate with the rest of the team and if there were any delays, they ley us know ahead of time so that we could prepare and there wasn't any case they couldn't provide a solution for. They used google search engine as their communication tool.

The unique part about this company was that their solutions was available to every kind of business, small to large in an affordable cost and they had successfully executed projects for the largest brands like Imperial Tobacco, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, Fujitsu, London Fire Brigade, Pepsi Co, DHL and many more and most importantly the people in this company were responsive to our need and they are always there to deliver.

The time they took to understand the customer's business and create bespoke work is also great. The most impressive thing I feel about this company was that they also give their suggestions on how to make the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As per my experience with this company, they are doing wonders in the world of Ecommerce solutions and they are themselves updating their solutions timely, so I don' t see any areas which needs improvement. But yes, they take feedback of the customers as they have a passion for helping start-ups and other businesses mark their presence online and ask them for any improvisation time to time.
