I was a Regional sales for UK and Europe at Alliance Group Of Companies which has 20+years of industry experience with 12 offices, 250+Years of Management Experience, 500+clients and working with 50+fortune companies for over a decade. Ecommand is a part of Alliance Group and is one of the UK's biggest e Commerce companies in UK.
We work with multinationals, sole traders, and start-ups. We have designed, built and marketed everything from start-up online stores, B2C ordering platforms, to multi-million-pound eCommerce websites for B2B markets. We have integrated our eCommerce platform with a wide variety of enterprise applications. Applications that are designed to be robust and scalable across an organization.
I am responsible for bringing business to the company by driving sales for UK, Europe region. How did you select Ecommand and what were the deciding factors?
We had done an intense research on most of the solutions and shortlisted few of them, out of which we then shortlisted Ecommand as we were looking for such kind of solutions that could provide multi vendor management platform for simplifying the business operations of our customers in an affordable cost and which could provide end to end solutions to our B2B customers.

After launching our project, we saw a 70% increase in site traffic and tremendous response from our customers which doubled our sales month over month and it really exceeded our expectations.

Their project management style was very impressive, I was really impressed with their professionalism, expertise and assistance throughout the project and their abillty to deliver a large scale project on a short timeline with great results was also quite impressive.
We had daily stand ups with their project manager who used to communicate with the rest of the team and if there were any delays, they ley us know ahead of time so that we could prepare and there wasn't any case they couldn't provide a solution for. They used google search engine as their communication tool.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The unique part about this company was that their solutions was available to every kind of business, small to large in an affordable cost and they had successfully executed projects for the largest brands like Imperial Tobacco, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, Fujitsu, London Fire Brigade, Pepsi Co, DHL and many more and most importantly the people in this company were responsive to our need and they are always there to deliver.
The time they took to understand the customer's business and create bespoke work is also great. The most impressive thing I feel about this company was that they also give their suggestions on how to make the project.
Are there any areas for improvement?
As per my experience with this company, they are doing wonders in the world of Ecommerce solutions and they are themselves updating their solutions timely, so I don' t see any areas which needs improvement. But yes, they take feedback of the customers as they have a passion for helping start-ups and other businesses mark their presence online and ask them for any improvisation time to time.
