Ecomgiantz’s team has been supporting our agency as a reliable white-label outsourcing partner for more than one year. We originally found Ecomgiantz through Google and their website and have since worked together on multiple web development projects. 

For this project, their team will handle the technical implementation and development based on our specifications, with an expected project duration of approximately 1–2 months. Key deliverables include the website development, implementation of the required functionality, responsive optimization, testing, and technical support throughout the project.

The white-label partnership is particularly valuable to us, as it allows our agency to outsource development work to Ecomgiantz’s experienced team instead of expanding our in-house team for every project. They provide us with additional technical capacity at a reasonable cost while we remain responsible for the overall client relationship and project management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully implemented and imported 60,000+ product pages, structured across 3 category levels and approximately 60 brands. The website was completed within the planned 1–2 month project period, including responsive development, technical integrations, testing, and revisions. The white-label partnership also allowed our agency to handle the project without hiring additional in-house development staff.

Their project management has been highly professional and reliable. From the beginning, Onu and the Ecomgiantz team showed a strong understanding of our requirements and often anticipated what was needed without extensive explanation. Communication is clear, precise, and efficient, and they respond quickly to questions, feedback, and changing requirements.

Agreed deadlines and milestones are handled reliably, and requested changes are implemented fast and accurately. Their combination of professionalism, responsiveness, experience, and flexibility has made the collaboration very smooth. What stands out most is their reliability, technical expertise, and ability to understand what we need quickly. The Ecomgiantz team works independently, contributes useful ideas, and has become a trusted white-label development partner for our agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ecomgiantz could have done differently?

One thing we would probably do differently next time is the design process. Instead of creating the full design blueprint in Figma first, we would prefer to move into WordPress earlier and develop the design more directly there. This is mainly a personal workflow preference rather than a criticism of Ecomgiantz’s work.
