The PPC team manages all sales data and provides detailed weekly KPI reports in spreadsheet form. The management team oversees display ads and quickly resolves any rare policy violations. This clear division of roles ensures fast responses, smooth communication, and consistent results—and I even know many of the team members by name.

There’s always room for improvement in any organization. One challenge is that Ecomclips is based in India, which means a 12-hour time difference. Monthly live meetings typically need to be scheduled around 8 PM in the U.S. (8 AM for them) or vice versa, and responses usually arrive within 1–10 hours. However, the upside is that you receive the same level of work and expertise at roughly one-fifth—or even less—of the cost of a comparable U.S.-based Amazon management team.
