Increase in Sales Volume: We experienced a consistent and significant increase in overall sales after EECOMCLIPS took over the account management and PPC strategy.
Reduction in ACoS: Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) was effectively reduced, which directly improved profitability and ad efficiency.
Improved Conversion Rate: The enhancements in listing content, A+  content, and brand story led to a better customer experience and higher conversion rates.
Enhanced Brand Presence: With the newly developed Amazon storefront and visual brand story, customer engagement improved, reflected in longer session durations and repeat visitors.
PPC Campaign Performance: Ad campaigns were more structured, better optimized, and continuously monitored, resulting in higher ROI.

What impressed me most about ECOMCLIPS was their combination of strategic insight and creative execution. They didn’t just manage PPC or create content—they took the time to understand my brand, goals, and target audience, and then tailored every part of the strategy accordingly.

Their team showed a rare balance of professionalism, creativity, and responsiveness. The A+ content, brand story, and storefront design were not only visually appealing but also clearly aligned with my brand identity.

On top of that, their ability to consistently increase sales while lowering ACoS demonstrated a deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, which truly sets them apart from many other service providers.

Overall, my experience with ECOMCLIPS has been overwhelmingly positive. If there’s one area where improvement could enhance the experience even further, it would be streamlining communication through a dedicated project dashboard or task tracker. While the team was always responsive, having a centralized platform for tracking deliverables, revisions, and timelines could make collaboration even more efficient—especially as the project grows.

That said, any concerns I had were addressed quickly and professionally, and the team consistently showed a willingness to improve and adapt based on feedback.
