We initially engaged the team to help us resolve a complex Amazon account health and compliance issue that was affecting our ability to operate normally on the marketplace. They helped us navigate Amazon’s processes, identify what was required and work towards a successful resolution. Following this, the project expanded into optimising our Amazon advertising.
The team reviewed and restructured our PPC activity, focusing on improving campaign performance, reducing ACoS and increasing overall advertising profitability. Their combination of Amazon compliance knowledge and hands-on PPC expertise was particularly valuable, and they were responsive and proactive throughout the project.
