My developer was instrumental in building a fully custom CRM platform tailored for wedding professionals. This system was developed entirely from scratch, with bespoke functionality designed to match the unique workflows and client journeys common in the wedding industry. Their contributions included:

1. Backend Infrastructure & Data Architecture

• Designed and implemented the full backend structure, including client records, tasks, events, timelines, and automated workflows

• Created a flexible data model with interlinked systems to support filtering, automation, and reporting

• Built the foundation to support future scalability and feature expansion

The biggest indicator of success was having a fully working CRM built from the ground up — exactly how I envisioned it. It handles client onboarding, email automation, task management, and workflow logic without needing any third-party tools or spreadsheets. I’ve already started using it in a live environment and it’s saving me hours each week. I also have several industry professionals lined up for early access, and based on interest alone, I’m confident this will generate consistent monthly revenue once launched publicly. The platform is stable, user-friendly, and flexible enough to grow as I do — which is exactly what I needed.

Their project management was solid throughout. They kept things moving at a good pace, communicated clearly, and were always quick to respond when I needed something adjusted or explained. Whenever deadlines were set, they were either met or I was given a heads-up if something needed a bit more time — no radio silence or surprises. They were also great at turning my slightly chaotic ideas into workable features, and always happy to jump on a call or tweak something on the fly when needed. Felt like a real collaboration rather than a one-way job.

• Functional Design and Development of logic and workflows
• Planning and creation of the application Database 
• Testing & Validation of existing and new functionality
• Project Management Meetings (internal and external)

The project achieved measurable success through the development of an MVP, which was further refined into a tailored platform, followed by a successful launch and good user adoption.

They have helped to build sophisticated custom apps, plugins and templates and provided ongoing support for the last 3 years.  Together we have built over 40 different projects and they have helped me support a portfolio of 50+ custom web3 bubble plugins.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On-time delivery, the team has had exceptionally good on-time delivery for projected scope.  In the rare cases that there has been a risk of going over, the team has gone above and beyond and worked additional hours to make client deliverable timelines.
The other measure of success is quality of code and software.  The team builds software the right way, spending the time to think about implementations and logic.  As a product lead for 10+ years, I know when software developers cut corners and eazycode builds apps the right way.
