The vendor shared surveys at the beginning of the project to fully comprehend our expectations. After this was finished, they returned with three design alternatives, and the design development stage started depending on our choice. The back-end development step started once all the webpages and subpages were developed and approved, which required a good number of revisions to fully capture our needs.

From design to development, the company's managing director was directly involved in the whole process and contributed immensely in bringing out the desired website.

To be very frank it was more like a healthy and friendly relationship with the vendor. The managing director helped me with the ideal solutions to make the website informative but in a minimalistic manner. His expertise in his domain is truly commendable. Hats off to their professionalism, there were no glitches in the entire process. Start from the beginning to end, they followed a systematic and constructive approach.

I know its hard to believe but there wasn't any. They were very regulated throughout the whole process.

Once this was completed, they came back with 3 design options and based on our selection the design development stage commenced. A fair share of iterations were needed to capture our requirements and once all the webpages and subpages were designed and okayed, the back-end development stage commenced

We had 3-4 people from the vendor team to support the design and development. Additionally the Managing Director of the firm also pitched in to ensure a smooth and seamless transition

The new webpage design has been very widely accepted by our global employees as well as clients, who have commented positively on the clutter free, simple yet effective means of communicating our solution portfolio.

The Managing Director of the vendor firm took personal interest to have the project completed with desirable timeframes. The challenging period of Covid lockdowns too did not push the project beyond acceptable timeframes. Regular web-meetings were arranged between both teams to quickly find solutions to our customised needs.

They provided simple and effective solutions to our requirements. They have been very prompt with their service and have been very proactive with their communication.

We would like them to get the deliveries done faster.

The project was divided into three goals the deliveries were based on those goals. the deliveries were timely for the most part throughout the project. It did take longer than expected for design but that is to be expected as the design always have multiple feedback cycles, other than that the entire project delivery was fluid

communication was really good as we had agreed on the start of the project that we were going to use Slack to help boost our communication and increase transparency.

The most impressive aspect was the immediate action on our feedback, which was intern a result of good communication we had with the team.

Our project was handled very well and if I had to nitpick I don't see any fault.

We found E2developers through a reference and after having couple of rounds of discussion and sharing of ideas between both parties, we hied E2developers for designing & developing two websites powered by Wordpress.

We had a first project meeting with E2developers project manager who explained to us the entire process the project is going to go through. Basically they have divided the entire project into various phases- requirement gathering, Design Screens, UX , Development and Testing.

They also assisted with us reformatting our content as well as support on web Hosting. At the conclusion of the project, E2developers did another meeting with us and described all the functions of the website and how we could manage it easily using WordPress Admin.

Our main point of contact was a dedicated Project Manager assigned to us. The other team members included designers and developers. We had regular meeting with our project manager and sometimes developers also joined the meeting to clarify few doubts directly.

We had a positive outcome for both of our projects. Our clients love our new online appearance and we have been able to project our goals and services through both of our website to a very good effect. We are very happy with both websites. E2developers are still in touch with us and we have referred to our friends and colleagues.

We had two meetings per week through Skype. For sharing feedback, we used Emails between us. Overall the entire project management and communication process was very smooth.

E2developers understood our expectation very well and met them also. They are trust worthy and know their job. We also like the fact that they are very professional and never compromise on quality.

There were no particular challenges dealing with E2developers. Instead we had too many questions ( since this was our first time dealing in website) and they answered them very patiently and treated us with respect and professionalism.

A lot of what we’re doing in our current project is trying to drive more traffic to our website and ensure that it’s functional so our clientele can sign up for services. E2 has been able to streamline our processes quite a bit.

We communicated through either email or WhatsApp. They’ve been responsive the entire time, always answering me back within 24 hours, even with the time difference. E2’s team has hit every deadline so far without being late.

They deliver exactly what I’m looking for. Every time we meet to discuss something, they’re able to deliver it. Additionally, they’ve faithfully replicated what we wanted the site to look like and the functionality we expected. Their ideas and suggestions have also been good. We struggle with streamlining our processes, and they’ve suggested the best ways to do that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve done so great that I don’t know if there’s anything to do better, but I would love to see them add additional services, like SEO.

Go with them, no matter if you’re a startup or a well-established business. They have the range to work with both sole proprietors and bigger companies.

We used Microsoft products, such as Teams and Calendars, for communication. Despite the difference in time zones, E2developers was extremely flexible and responsive. Their team accommodated us.

I liked their accommodating, understanding, and patient nature the most. When we didn’t understand the requirements, their team made the necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. E2developers was great at what they do.

Our goal was to create a unique website which would also double up as an information portal about our niche industry. The website would serve approx 14 countries and hence, had to appeal to multiple markets.

We also offer service providers across three countries and also offer three unique streams of healthcare as our portfolio. This made the brief quite complex and sketchy at the best. We had no comparable website to benchmark it with.

The website nearing completion - can easily be measured as the best in class - within this part of the world.

The communication mostly by emails and Social media calls - given the global disruption owing to COVID 19 was very efficient. It was coordinated by Jiten ( top down) - who also made conference calls for group discussions. All responses were timely and point by point creating great records and clarity. Efforts t were made to ensure that the synch were done at the best times given the time differences.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ability to follow a vision in the absence of a precise brief , patience, meticulous planning ,communication and execution were my takeaways. So far they have also been very ethical and supportive under challenging conditions.

They added value to the project by following the shared vision and were dedicated to delivering optimal UX. In the process, they took the specs beyond the initial sketchy brief and are expected to set a new industry standard.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Hard to say as I think they did their best under the global COVID 19 disruptions. Avoiding Typos could be improved upon but under normal circumstances - they are easily avoided by the schedule and frequency of interactions.

The feedback on deliverables is a positive experience. They maintained consistent communication and confirmation on the action items provided.

Their project management style is to break the deliverable into pieces and receive payment upon pre-determined milestones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did a great job with the design aesthetic and were polite in their communications. I pushed them to share how things were done on many occasions throughout the process, and they accommodated with fantastic, straightforward notes and screenshots.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There were lulls during the project. However, they did provide context as to what was going on on their end–the pandemic impacted industries across the board, adding strain on teams due to the crisis.
