We have a partnership with Major League Baseball. We needed someone to create a 30-second commercial for us to air on the MLB Network and on Fox.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had them shoot the commercial partially here in Georgia as well as at different locations such as our training facility in Tucson, Arizona.

We wanted to reach a broader audience than just construction workers and general contractors because of the platform it would air on. We showed them our equipment and who we sold to, and they developed a creative plan to sell it to the larger audience.

We did an online search. We went to four different agencies including The DVI Group, and asked them to pitch us with a concept, price, and timeframe.

We worked together from June–August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The commercial is currently airing on MLB Network and will air in early October on Fox for the playoffs. We get an impressions report from MLB and the feedback has been great. I aired it in our office to about 100 people and our CEO really liked it.

Our headquarters in Korea reviewed it and were also very pleased with the outcome. The requested some changes and things they wanted, and DVI were very responsive and quick to make those changes.

How did The DVI Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a fantastic job. We filmed it and within a week, they had the first cut done without audio. We went to their office to view it and from there, we made a few changes before it went to audio. They’re very responsive and they pick up the phone for anything we need. Tasks always get done within a few days.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their creativity and responsiveness are impressive. We just had them in our office to pitch some creative campaigns for us for 2019, beyond video work. I like that they’re a smaller firm, but they work on a lot of different projects with a range of companies. They put out really great quality work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. With the timeline and budget we gave them, they were on par.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Let them come to you with the creatives. We went to them with our ideas, but it would have been better to just go to them and tell them what we needed in order to get their ideas. That’s what they’re there for.

I’m the vice president of marketing for a company that uses an identity verification engine to help companies locate, identify, verify, and approve when people sign up for a new service online. We also do fraud detection and deterrence.

What challenge were you trying to address with The DVI Group?

The business challenge we had was effectively and efficiently communicating to clients how our products worked. Some of them are a little complicated, so we wanted an easy way to transmit information and provide a better understanding of how our solutions work and what the value propositions are.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The DVI Group has created six videos for us so far, and are working on two more. They’re animations with humor, good analogies, and storylines meant to keep someone’s attention and intuitively communicate what our product does.

They provided the talent, the ideas, and the creativity that has resulted in the outcomes we’ve gotten for our particular assets.

What is the team composition?

We’ve mainly worked with two of their members, but we’ve been in contact with three people overall. We’re mainly in touch with the project manager.

They did some videos for us a while back, before I arrived at the company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the latest project with The DVI Group around April 2017. We were going to wrap up the project after the original scope was completed, but we found two new needs and I’ve just signed the paperwork for them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve tracked the number of views but we haven’t tied them back to lead acquisitions or conversions since the videos are relatively new. However, The DVI Group has exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, storytelling, creativity, and humor.

They also did a magnificent job of nailing what the objectives were, namely to present, communicate, and share knowledge about the services we have in an entertaining way. DVI was able to do that while creating individual stories, as well as an overarching one, which was quite impressive.

How did The DVI Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed well in this regard, being friendly and responsive at all times. There’s a great deal of talent, creativity, and understanding in their team. They’re easy to work with and communicate well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of The DVI Group’s work is top notch. Furthermore, their overall friendliness and engagement make them easy to do business with. All in all, what they’ve done for us has exceeded expectations and really made the investment worthwhile in our CEO’s mind, which is of utmost importance.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would love for them to cost less, but you get what you pay for. In our case, we’ve spent a lot of money but we’ve received a good product.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Having a project manager on our side assigned to the work was helpful. We did as much as possible to prepare and provide the information that The DVI Group needed. It’s important for clients to ensure that things get turned around on time and that nothing gets lost in translation.

I am the Senior Director of Global Learning and Development at EVO Payments International. We are an international payment processor and merchant acquirer with a worldwide presence. I am responsible for ensuring standardized learning across our organization in 11 countries and in seven languages.

What challenge were you trying to address with The DVI Group?

Given our growth and worldwide presence, we wanted to standardize communication and create a community of information for all our employees across the globe. To do this, we invested in an intranet for our organization and a very robust learning management system (LMS). We also realized we needed tools and videos on those systems, so I reached out to The DVI Group.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DVI has shot raw footage of close to 30 individual interviews to use in videos we will post to our systems. Of that raw footage, we have fully published two videos and are working on publishing seven more right now. DVI does all the editing and supplies B-Roll footage, while we provide some graphics due to our branding guidelines. They have also helped us with corporate headshots and other digital graphic needs.

Their team varies depending on the assignment, however we work with an average of 10 crewmembers on site when shooting.

How did you come to work with The DVI Group?

I conducted research and interviewed a number of prospective providers. We decided to hire them because I found that DVI was very responsive to us and very thorough in those responses. They took the time to interview me as much as I was interviewing them, and they clearly developed an understanding of our situation and needs. From the beginning, it felt as though they were very focused on being our actual partner rather than just serving us a vendor.

We have been working together since March 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The two videos that have been posted were published to our intranet site and they have received extremely positive feedback. Both videos were a personal message from our CEO, and people were very pleased to get the message. They specifically commented on the thoroughness, consistency, and timeliness of the information that the videos delivered.

How did The DVI Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Very well. They provided us with production plans that clearly laid out what we could expect from the engagement. They were great at communicating their needs in advance, and even scouted the area ahead of time and worked with me directly to make sure all their needs were met. They were always forthcoming and were on schedule every time we dealt with them.

The thing I appreciate most about them is that they are clearly the type of organization that seeks to be a partner in your business. They are thorough, professional, and dedicated to doing a good job.

It is important to be prepared and very clear about what you are hoping to accomplish. Be upfront about areas that you are unsure of or don’t understand so that you can seek the proper guidance from the experts.

We were looking to create a 90-120-second video on the company’s history and capabilities for marketing purposes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The DVI Group helped us define our objectives and develop an outline and storyboard before leading the production process. The live-action video is a combination of testimonial interviews and action shots of our manufacturing space here in Atlanta. They interviewed many of our employees across different roles to better understand our company culture, which helped them formulate substantive questions for the interviews. We had very few specific requirements around the editing process and allowed them a fair amount of creative agency.

We’ve worked with 4-6 people throughout the project.

How did you come to work with DVI Group?

My father, the founder of Innerface, met with a colleague who suggested we look into producing a marketing video. We found DVI Group online and felt confident in their ability to take on the project. Matthew (Managing Partner/Executive Producer, The DVI Group) was especially professional during the introductory phases, and he was one of the main reasons we went with DVI.

We started working together in July 2017, and the video was completed in March 2018.

It’s too early to gather metrics on the video’s performance, but we’re very impressed with the quality of the final product.

The whole process was seamless. They were very effective and thorough during the interview process and asked the right questions to the right people. The onsite filming was done very professionally, and their editing process was terrific.

As director of corporate communications, I’m responsible for the content and messaging that makes it easy for prospective customers to learn about us and understand what we can do for them.

For what projects/services did your company hire The DVI Group?

ControlScan offers an array of services to protect sensitive customer and corporate data. Our challenge was to boil down everything we do in a 30-second video clip.

What were your goals for this project?

In a six-week time frame, we needed to create a 30-second video for communicating why we do what we do. The ultimate goal was to create an engaging and easy-to-understand piece for our target audiences.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We researched several vendors, mostly through crowdsourcing. The DVI Group stood out as being the most experienced vendor for the type of video we were looking to produce. They also had the personnel available to help us with the concept phase, which was critical to us.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

The DVI Group worked with our team to understand our company and the message we were looking to convey in our video. They met with us in person for a discovery session and then worked remotely on each step, which included the concept, script, storyboard, music selection, etc. The process flowed very smoothly, making it easy for us to review and understand each step and give our approval before moving on to the next.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We had one contact person assigned to us. We worked well together to communicate feedback and ideas.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’re exceptionally pleased with the final video! It communicates our message of trust to reinforce our "We've got your back" mantra. In addition, it positions ControlScan as a progressive organization that has the expertise to help customers with IT security and compliance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Timelines were clearly laid out and communication was primarily conducted via email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to creatively synthesize what we do and why we do it to tell a story and make us look good in 30 seconds was outstanding!

Are there any areas for improvement?

The up-front/immediate payment terms are difficult to comply with. Hopefully, now that we're an established customer, we can receive more relaxed payment terms, especially for the final payment upon completion.

I’m the Director of Event Marketing and Special Projects at Protective Life, a financial services company focused on life insurance and annuity products.

What challenge were you trying to address with The DVI Group?

We have internal meetings as well as conference events that require promotional aspects. Our national sales conference, for example, is an internal meeting where we bring together our wholesalers, sales team, and leadership from all areas of the company. We have to manage everything that’s involved with getting those people together but really focus on making sure our salespeople understand expectations for the next year and how we’re supporting them in their role.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

DVI have done scripting and video production for our events over four years now. Generally, we have two videos. One year they only did an opening video. We started the second video in the last couple of years. This past year they provided an opening video as well as a second video that we usually use for our closing but, due to agenda changes, we used to open our award ceremony.

We've also tried some kind of interstitial or shorter pieces that we would run throughout the meeting. We've experimented with different things and they've helped us execute on them.

We mostly used stock video footage this past year. They did some custom animation, which was a departure for us and exciting to work on. They’ve also done video builds for our logo and for our events team logo.

What is the team composition?

We usually work with two main people. There are probably four others that I interact with including project managers, animators, and video production specialists.

How did you come to work with The DVI Group?

I wasn’t the person who started our work with DVI so I'm not sure exactly how we initially came across them.

How much have you invested with them?

In the past two years, it's probably been between $70,000–$80,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our most recent project wrapped up on January 22nd of this year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our main goal with the videos is to make sure it feels like a big national conference, not just a meeting. We want to convey the importance of our sales teams and that we value them by showing that we've put in a lot of effort to provide them with great content and make it meaningful. We are able to share our messages in a different way. We receive feedback that people enjoy the videos.

How did The DVI Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very deadline driven and open about what they can accomplish when. They’ve worked with us when we’ve needed to do things on timeframes that weren’t ideal. We know that the more time we can give them, the better our end product is going to be and that it's going to be an easier process for us.

This last year was an example of how great they are to work with. We were able to really spend time with them developing the concept. We looked at different ways of approaching what we wanted to do. It was a great experience. They provide great creative, communicate well, and are accessible. I felt very positively about the interaction this year.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can count on them to deliver quality video. I'm going to get something impressive, that’s on-target with the needs we've described to them. They're attuned to what we're trying to do now that we've worked with them for a few years. We’re confident that what we're going to get is what we need.

They’re full service from A to Z. They can help us with concepts and scripting and can handle all aspects of production. They work with us to deliver file formats that are accessible. They take care of everything we need from a video production standpoint.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had some challenges with our music this year but we were trying to do something odd with the music anyway.

I'm a First Officer at Delta Airlines. I work in flight operations in the flight training department, which provides training for about 14,500 pilots.

What challenge were you trying to address with The DVI Group?

We needed to distill highly complex, technical information from our training manuals into informative and engaging videos for pilot training. We wanted to better communicate the information our pilots needed in order to integrate certain policies, procedures, and improvements into their day-to-day operations.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The DVI Group researched and read through our materials on policies and procedures to familiarize themselves with our work and what we were trying to communicate. They also engaged specific people at Delta in order to deepen their understanding.

From there, we presented their team with a basic idea of a story line for each video and provided a subject matter expert to collaborate with their production crew. They developed scripts and produced videos (about 10 in total), utilizing CGI, live host performances filmed on set, testimonials of Delta pilots, and interviews.

We mostly work with three people: Erin Thompson (Production Manager, The DVI Group), Stuart Fleisher (Creative Director, The DVI Group), and Matthew Lopes (Managing Partner/Executive Producer, The DVI Group). Stuart wears many hats and is somewhat of a master of everything.

The DVI Group had done some prototype material for us in the past under the leadership of another colleague, and we were very impressed by their work. When I was presented with this project, I decided to go back to their company based on that experience.

We've been working on this project since around March 2017 and it's about to wrap up, but we have more projects planned with them to follow.

The DVI Group is a one stop shop—I'm a huge fan of everything they've done. The quality of their work exceeds expectations.

The feedback we've had from our pilots has been overwhelmingly positive. While we won't see the long-term operational impacts of the videos for a while, there certainly are ancillary benefits implied as a result of their work.

How did The DVI Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They've always been on time and deliver when they say will. They're also extremely flexible, accommodating our needs and scheduling challenges as needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to digest mass amounts of highly technical information allowed them to have intelligent and productive conversations with us in order to produce effectively engaging and informative video content. It's miraculous how much they were able to learn about our industry.

Any company within the aviation industry would be especially lucky to work with them. They've really gone the extra mile for us—I don't know of many companies with that level of professionalism and dedication.

No, I honestly can't think of anything. They've been accommodating for any requirement or need that we've had.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Do your homework, be prepared, and provide them with as much foundational material as possible, so they can truly understand your industry and the challenges your industry is facing. The DVI Group is up for the challenge, so the clearer you are on your vision, the more likely they'll be able to produce a positive outcome.

I work for a chemical manufacturing company that specializes in food and beverage ingredients and other industrial applications. I oversee marketing in the Americas.

What challenge were you trying to address with The DVI Group?

We were looking to develop a video or series of videos that expressed who we are as a company to increase brand awareness. We wanted something modern that stood out as part of a larger marketing initiative that incorporated more digital content. This was the first video project we took on.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

When we first met with DVI, we were still figuring out what we wanted. They helped us clearly define and articulate our goals. We were originally looking for a single video we could use at trade shows and post on our site/social media pages, one that really encompassed our mission. After discussing this with DVI, they suggested we make two videos instead; one high-level introductory “teaser” video, and one that went into more detail on who we are and what we do as a company.

In the beginning, they interviewed staff members from different departments and took the time to get to know our business. Once they could comfortably describe our company, we worked with them created an outline of messaging and defined the key points we wanted to incorporate. They came back to us with three high-level storyboards that demonstrated possibilities for the look and feel of the project. Once we chose an option we liked, we started working on the teaser video, which was just a series of visuals with music. We then used that as a baseline to create the longer three-and-a-half-minute video, which incorporated interviews, voice overs, and other more involved features.

How did you come to work with DVI?

I met one of their sales representatives at an American Marketing Association function. They have a great reputation in Atlanta, and specialized in video, which made them an ideal partner. They had also worked with other chemical manufacturing companies in the past, which meant that they could understand very technical information and translate it into something more accessible. They people themselves were very open and creative, and made it clear that they wanted to get to know our business in depth, which we really appreciated. We chose them over two other companies we were considering for those reasons.

What is the status of this engagement?

started working with them in May 2017, and completed both videos by September.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We still have to formalize the release strategy and get internal approval on a few more specifics before socializing the videos. However, initial feedback has been great, and a very popular beverage company is currently showing our teaser video in their production labs.

How did DVI perform from a project management standpoint?

They have amazing communication skills. Everyone made themselves very accessible, and you never had to deal with navigating a hierarchy. If there was ever something we didn’t quite like how it flowed, they would go back and fix it without issue. We set ambitious timelines, and they always delivered ahead of schedule. We had a few delays on our end in seeking approval from our legal department and several other internal entities, since it was our first video project, but DVI was always accommodating. They made us feel like we were their most important client.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were adaptable and agile despite delays on our end, and didn’t stop working with us until we were 100% satisfied. They also challenged us to think outside of the box, and understood what our competition was doing so that we could stand out. They were phenomenal throughout the engagement. I’ve already recommended them to former colleagues.

I had zero complaints.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I work for the training department of a transportation company. I’ve been tasked with leading a group of about 20 people through a project to refresh a lot of our training materials.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with The DVI Group?

The DVI Group is moving our training program from a PowerPoint system where our instructors hand out manuals and deliver one-on-two training, to a learning content management system that delivers all the materials that students need without having to have an instructor present. Students also will have access to the new system on a full-time basis.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’re working with The DVI Group on a small batch of these training videos now, but we potentially will work with them on 400–500 videos. It’s a large project for our company. The videos include a host or instructor who delivers information that is then mixed in with everything from 2D graphics, 3D graphics, technical graphic drawings, and other components. Each of the videos DVI is making is 8–15 minutes long. We’re starting to work through a big topic list of materials.

DVI is pretty much doing this project end to end for us. We’re providing the assets to be filmed, including employees on our end, and DVI is casting actors and actresses for the roles that are not the people we provide. The host instructor is an actor; we decided that would be a better move for us. DVI is taking care of all of that. They’re doing all the graphic production, filming, and full support. Right now, we’re basically doing a lot of technical scripting and providing technical support for them so that they can interpret the scripts and know what they’re looking at.

The key reason we sought a third-party vendor for this material had to do with the changing demographics company. A lot of people will be retiring soon and will be replaced with younger people.

We knew that we couldn’t make a video that’s going to keep people engaged and interested and leverage modern techniques and graphic design because of that difference in age. Over a five-month period, we used our corporate vendor to build a couple of prototypes, and we noticed that all the creative ideas came from the minds of the subject matter group that was putting these together rather than the vendor doing that. We realized right away that our internal vendor wasn’t investigating our needs, but DVI did. They did a deep dive into our manual sets and our culture. They interviewed our employees. They did a lot of work to set the stage. And then they went away and came back with a bunch of creative ideas on how the information could be presented. That, for us, has been the biggest return on investment so far, because a lot of people offered to do the filming, production, editing, etc. However, DVI was one of the few companies that really understood what we needed on the creative side. To make a long story short, DVI did the whole creative process, and then brought back ideas and storyboards. They did a bunch of demonstrations and examples with different formats, and then we sat down, talked them through and refined their ideas to get where we are now.

How did you come to work with The DVI Group?

We went through a pretty laborious process to hire DVI. We started collecting information about national companies that could do this kind of work. We wanted to be able to work with them closely. We narrowed it down to about seven providers, and then we started with phone call interviews. We narrowed down those to about three to five and then we met with them and asked for their proposals. Early on in that process, I think the subject matter strongly felt that DVI was bringing the creative stuff to the table that we wanted and were interested in, and they were doing a lot of work upfront to research what we needed and what the best way to deliver the material was. There were cheaper options in some of the other companies, but they didn't have the impressive background experience in training videos that DVI seemed to have. We narrowed it down based on what we saw as their ability to scale up quickly and come up with the creative process that we were missing.

Some of the other divisions in our company saw some of the work and material that DVI was doing and how quickly and efficiently they could do it. Because of that, I think they’ve been sucked into at least one other project at our company where we had to film our CEO giving an introduction because we knew we couldn't do it internally.

What is the status of this engagement?

We brought The DVI Group on board the project in November 2016, though we were doing some investigating of them before that. We’re working with them now, and they’re contracted with us to do what we’re calling Phase 1 of this overall project — 108 separate videos, 8 minutes to 15 minutes long — over the next year. DVI might be able to work for us for the next couple of years.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

The feedback has been amazing, and most of it has been glowing. The quality and production value of the videos themselves is amazing, but the concept also has been a game changer for us, and it has received a lot of attention. The videos free up a lot of our workforce, and they provide a clear and useful learning tool for our employees. The production value of what The DVI Group has brought to the table has been so far above what we’re used to seeing that we’re still trying to absorb everything.

How did The DVI Group perform from a project management standpoint?

DVI does a fantastic job with project management. To be honest, we haven't put them under a lot of stress with project management yet, because most of the limitations and deadlines are on our side right now. This is a big process change for us, so we’re going slowly and methodically through everything, trying to develop our critical path to success and make sure that we’re not spending money on something we don't want. DVI has been extremely receptive and flexible, and we have not put them under pressure for any kind of deadline. Whenever we do ask them for something, their turnaround is way faster than we’re able to process.

We meet about three of their team members in person quite often right now, and we also talk over the phone, email, and text. They’re very communicative.

What did you find most impressive about The DVI Group?

We think they have ESP [extrasensory perception]. I've been incredibly impressed with their ability to listen to our needs and absorb the material. This is the first time we’ve worked with a group that actually employs a researcher to understand our industry. It’s been amazing. The fact that they have these people and can bring them to bear on the project has made such a big difference. When we work with a third-party vendor, we typically have to explain something, they send us something back, we explain why it’s wrong, they send it back, we explain what could be better, and it’s this back and forth. Right now, with DVI, they are learning our industry as quickly as they can, and they seem to be able to absorb everything and spit it out right out of our brains. I’ve been impressed with their ability to tackle topics that, to be honest, took me 20 years to get my experience in.

Are there any areas The DVI Group could improve?

If DVI were a bigger company, that would be great. To be honest, the only feedback we have is how absolutely impressed we are and how we want to charge forward with them. We think they might need to hire, because they’re a scalable system obviously, and right now we’re almost prepared to give them more work than I think they want or would be able to handle.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

Jvion is a cognitive clinical science company that primarily serves the healthcare provider segment. I’m the VP of marketing and strategic communications.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with The DVI Group?

We’ve grown exponentially over the past year and have even acquired another company. In that accelerated growth, there’s been a real need to realign our message and make it more crisp and engaging. I wanted to do that by bringing in high-quality professional video. For one thing, we knew we needed to make our message concise to be easily digestible. We needed to take a very difficult concept, cognitive science, and make it accessible. Within the healthcare community, we usually see resistance to any kind of new capabilities and new technologies. Because of this specific challenge, we needed to position it to be non-threatening and easy to adopt for our clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had two pieces that came out of this involvement: a corporate overview piece and one with client interviews. The two videos dovetailed together nicely. For the corporate overview, the project was done in collaboration with The DVI Group because of the complex nature of our work. They developed an initial script and we went through iterative phases. They came up with vision boards and storyboards that really brought to life our core concepts. We need to use very specific language and they did an amazing job with that. For the interviews, we had seven interviews with the C-suite. They did all the planning and managed all the logistics. We looked at the script and then married questions to the script so that the case study parallels the concept. The DVI Group worked with me to get some amazing comments and quotes. They covered all of the critical differentiators that we had worked so hard to articulate during the corporate overview. We will continue to work on using what they’ve provided in different ways.

How did you come to work with The DVI Group?

I went through a vetting process and looked at multiple firms. I looked in Atlanta to see who was really good at doing videos for businesses. I narrowed my search to three organizations and interviewed all of them. The DVI Group suggested that I come meet with them face to face instead of talking on the phone. Immediately, there was a sense of professionalism and service. I was late to the meeting because of Atlanta traffic but they had water ready and a great presentation prepared. That was tied to the projects they showed from their portfolio.

How much have you invested with The DVI Group?

We spent between $50,000 and $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in November 2016, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Our CEO is extraordinarily pleased with the messaging that has come out of the videos. Our investor team is delighted. The initial reaction to both videos from the industry at the largest industry conference we had has been positive. They’ve told us that our message is now more sophisticated and concise.

How did The DVI Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They were fantastic, meeting the deadlines we set. We had a big trade show last week, so they had to work hard to meet our deadline. They did 12 weeks of work in six weeks. With the timeline, the amount of work, and the cognitive demands we placed on them, they performed at every turn. They’re a great team. I feel lucky to have them in my backyard and to have found them.

What did you find most impressive about The DVI Group?

They’re just a really good group to work with. They have an energy that helps to bring out your own creativity. It makes what can seem like a daunting project into a fun project. They brought a vision and a creative energy that helped bring out the best in our team.

It wasn’t just their video work that was impressive, but how they were able to leverage that into multiple platforms. One of the client case studies I wanted to do was with a hospital where DVI had already filmed, so they already knew the people. They had this mailer that they had created for the other client and it was so well done. That highlighted the excellence of their work and the client focus. They provide consultative expertise to each project, going beyond the deliverable so that you can add value to your business.
