Duck.Design has developed a complete redesign of our website, which is currently in the implementation phase. In addition, they’ve created updated brand guidelines to support our brand evolution and have redesigned numerous corporate documents and reports to ensure consistency and a more modern, cohesive visual identity.

Duck.Design has supported a broad and evolving scope of work spanning web, brand, and graphic design. For the website, they’ve developed a comprehensive multi-page design, which has involved several months of work, including multiple rounds of review, feedback, and revisions to refine the final product.

Beyond the website, their scope also includes ongoing graphic design support tied to our brand refresh, such as updating visual assets, documents, and reports to align with the new direction. We’ve seen improved reception and engagement with our materials, both internally and externally, as stakeholders respond positively to the more polished and cohesive design.

The updated visual identity and document redesigns have elevated our overall brand presence, contributing to a more professional, modern, and credible image in the market. This is especially important in client-facing materials such as reports and presentations, where clarity and visual quality play a key role.

Additionally, the structured brand guidelines and consistent design system have streamlined our internal workflows, making it easier to produce high-quality materials efficiently and maintain brand consistency across teams. Overall, the project has strengthened both our marketing impact and day-to-day execution.

While some of the impact has been qualitative, we’ve seen clear efficiency gains and improved workflows as a result of Duck.Design’s work. Since the designers don't all speak English and use translation tools, sometimes there are misunderstandings and things that are missed in the communication. This isn't a problem at all and is always corrected quickly and without hassle.
