While Dstudio Agency delivered an excellent final product, one area for improvement could be more proactive communication during certain stages of the project. Providing regular updates without prompting would enhance the client experience and help ensure alignment throughout the process. Additionally, setting clearer timelines for revisions and feedback loops could streamline the workflow further. Now not even 50% of the design is finished and they do not move forward anymore and removed the whole communication in slack.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an agency from abroad.

We had to pay 80% of the money upfront, otherwise they would not give us access to the Figma files.

They even threatened us to do a negative review online and wanted to force us to sign a contract where we would be forbidden to do a review in exchange for the existing design files.

They say that they are 50 employees but they are only 26. They try to make you think they are a big US company but they work only remotely form India.
