Their portfolio and work on Dribbble was on brand for Taskade, and inspiring.

Dstudio and their team went above and beyond to deliver all pages requested along with very organized design system and deliverables in Figma. We also had bi-weekly sync-ups.

2 people from the team worked directly with us. They went above and beyond to deliver.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are overall very happy with the work from Dstudio and you can see the dark mode redesign of Taskade on our homepage today.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had very active communications over Slack, Email and used Taskade to sync up during calls and meetings and take down notes and action items.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

DStudio communicated consistently and went out of their way to provide us with multiple options and ideas during every stage of the project when redesigning Taskade's marketing pages.

Our company was handling the project internally but lack of we decided to hire an agency who are experts. So I found Dstudio Agency profile on Dribbble and connected with them.

I started the process by creating a Dribbble Ad and we received a lot of responses from the agency and designers. after interview with multiple agencies / vendors we found their work, communication and other skills the best.

The project is under development phase so we can not tell about the project, just to give and idea the project is all about project management, time entry, hr stuff overall a suite.

Our rough idea and brainstorm session turned into high level visual.

Things were done on time, we are happy to get all sprints before deadline. Whenever we ping on slack, they revert with in 10 mins, that is the best part.

I really appreciate the project manager and UX consultant of their team, they understand the problem and come up with great solutions.

No, there aren't any at the moment.

We searched online through Behance, Dribbble, and multiple various platforms for a service provider that we felt could help us cast our vision into the world.

The team helped us in determining the best architecture and userflow for the site's visitors and managed to create a website that is much better looking than our competitors.

Status reports on each stage of the project could have been helpful earlier on so we could limit any miscommunications.

After the initial project brief, Dstudio went to work on bringing me a few concepts for the project. I chose a specific direction and we went back and forth with feedback until the project was complete. It was a tight deadline, but they always delivered on time.

I worked closely with 1 project manager, which made things very easy in terms of communication.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome was a nice clean modern website redesign that did in fact increase conversion rates and help grow organic SEO traffic.

It was great, I wouldn't change anything. We used Skype and email for all communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ability to work fast and with minimal direction. Their experience creating quality user experiences was impressive.

I was very satisfied with every aspect of the project. I did not see any specific opportunity for improvement.
