They have helped us to develop a very powerful platform for bowlers around the world. Bowlers are able to track their scores in real-time and store the scores to their app profile and be able to do comparisons and get stats and insights on how to improve their game over time. The platform receives more than 1 million games every day from more than 1,500 connected bowling centers around the world. 

The project include all areas of development. From database, backend services and APIs to mobile apps, web sites and other business critical integrations. They have also helped us to setup and optimize our AWS hosting environment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started on a small level with a basic architecture and a small team and have developed that over time to a bigger platform and a bigger team.

We have seen that we continuesly receive good deliveries every week, both related to quality and value for money. We appreciate the culture and the people working at DSpot which is very much aligned with our company values.

The cooperation feels very natural and easy, almost like an internal business unit.

We have been very pleased with the project management during the whole project. Our project manager has been good at understanding our needs, solving challenges and explaining complex situations that we need to react on. They have mostly delivered in time.

It started as a small cooperation, they were small and we were small, but as the needs have increased, they have been able to deliver the resources that we need and still keep a feeling of a small group where it is easy to get things done and a friendly and proactive environment.
