What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen clear improvements across both the customer side and the restaurant operations. The new website has made it easier for people to view the menu, check offers, and make reservations. Meanwhile, our online visibility and social media presence have become stronger.Internally, the POS system has made orders, table management, payments, and daily operations much more organized. We haven’t tracked exact percentages yet, but the difference in how smoothly things run is very noticeable. Our staff has found the POS much easier for managing orders, tables, and payments. Customers have also commented that the website is clearer and easier to use, especially for checking the menu and making reservations.

What we’ve been most impressed with is that Drasyo understands both the customer side and how the restaurant operates day to day. They haven’t just built a website and left; they’ve worked on the POS system, digital presence, and ongoing support as one connected project. Are there any areas they could improve?

Specifically, Drasyo has introduced AI-assisted tools to help us with content, communication, and some of our day-to-day digital work. They’ve also developed a client portal to have a more organized way of sharing information and communicating with clients. The idea is to make things easier for both our team and our clients, not just add AI for the sake of it.

We’ve seen clear progress after the website went live. Accurit Accountancy now has a professional online presence where clients can understand our services and contact us easily. Our social media is also much more active and consistent, and the client portal has made communication and information sharing more organized. We’ve also noticed better online visibility and more engagement overall.

Moreover, we’ve had positive feedback from clients that the new website looks much more professional and makes our services easier to understand. Internally, our team feels things are more organized, with less back-and-forth and a much stronger overall digital presence.

They keep us updated throughout the process, are quick to respond whenever we have questions or changes, and deliver the website on time. Nothing major comes to mind. Maybe at the beginning, the content and information gathering could have been a little more structured. However, once everything was clear, the process moved smoothly, and Drasyo’s team was always quick to adjust when needed.
