When our website went live, we immediately began receiving online requests for appointments.

I’ve spoken with multiple employees via email or on the phone, and they’ve all been courteous and prompt. All of my requests are taken care of in a very timely fashion.

Even though our business is small, Doctor Multimedia makes us feel like an important client. Also, managing the site requires very little participation from anyone in our clinic, which is perfect.

They’re very good at answering how-to questions for things the in-house tech may want to do themselves. They’re also extremely responsive to e-mails and phone calls.

The customer service is wonderful. They are, hands down, the easiest company to get a hold of, and their project managers respond almost immediately. I’ve also been amazed at their ability to take exactly what we want and turn it into something on the site.
