The primary objective of this engagement was to conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing e-commerce platform to identify friction points, usability gaps, and technical constraints. 
The scope included:
Current Platform Evaluation: A thorough technical and functional review of the existing e-commerce platform's architecture, performance, and baseline capabilities.
UX & Conversion Funnel Assessment: A deep dive into user behavior and interface interactions to uncover friction points and identify high-value opportunities for conversion funnel optimization.
Mobile Optimization Analysis: A targeted review to identify mobile-specific usability gaps, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and intuitive experience across all devices.
Checkout & Payment Review: An end-to-end audit of the checkout flow and payment gateway integrations to streamline the purchasing process and reduce cart abandonment rates.
