I researched online and made calls to several agencies. Disruptive actually answered the phone and had someone call back to discuss further. They were very responsive and listened to our needs.

We worked closely with Nate. He scheduled calls as needed, but at least bi-weekly. He was always willing to jump on a call when we had concerns or questions. He sent reports weekly via email.

Our ROAS steadily dropped during our 4 months. The money spent on ads and the fee was much more than we made on sales.

This was probably the strongest aspect of working with Disruptive, they were easy to work with, communicated and responded to my requests quickly, the relationship was great. The meetings were bi-weekly.

It feels like I'm being upsold to different business channels with a ton of buzzwords and with a strategy that isn't tailored to my business.

I'd rather have more of a technical discussion about how it works and how it will help grow my business instead of being told the generic amazingness of their service. The ratio of clients to managers seemed higher than what I've seen for a company that charges on the higher end of digital marketing firms.
