For what projects/services did your company hire Disruptive Advertising, and what were your goals?
Simple. We hired Disruptive to increase our lead flow across three separate units of our business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I've known and worked with Disruptive for years. This is the 4th company I've been with where I've hired them. In every single case, it's been a success. To me, they feel like a true partner.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
Rather than go into huge specific detail as that would give away some of our business model that I'm not really interested in talking about, let me say this. We have a complicated set of objectives. There is an e-commerce portion of our business and a straight-up lead gen portion. In both cases, Disruptive set out to build a strategy, worked with us on ad creation and targeting and set everything in motion quickly. Right now, all I can tell you is that the campaign has been successful!
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
My account manager is Jonni and she is amazing. I've also been working with Michael on the Google side (who has been doing a bang up job) and Dane on the social media side.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Nothing specific, but let's say this. They have moved fast, decisively, and strategically. Just like I always expect from Disruptive.

We use email almost exclusively but we did use slack for a while. Look, Jonni is always on top of the communication. Like, always. I never have to wait for a response, she always has to wait on me. But she's very persistent when she needs to be in a good way. It's a skill.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They deliver. Every. single. time. That's it. That's the thing.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There always are, but honestly, I'll keep that in house. The reality is that no agency is perfect, and neither is Disruptive, but they're so focused on making sure the experience is good AND that they deliver results. Anything they need to improve upon is more situational based than anything else.
