Dispersal Digital Agency’s CRM system works great. It’s automated and reaches out to closed clients for reviews. It also sends follow-up emails to customers who filled out the contact form. The system does all kinds of stuff, including call tracking.After implementing the CRM, we jumped from around eight reviews to 43 in just a few weeks. We also noticed a lead conversion growth because we consistently reach out to customers who may have forgotten about us.
