What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Dispersal Digital Agency’s CRM system works great. It’s automated and reaches out to closed clients for reviews. It also sends follow-up emails to customers who filled out the contact form. The system does all kinds of stuff, including call tracking.After implementing the CRM, we jumped from around eight reviews to 43 in just a few weeks. We also noticed a lead conversion growth because we consistently reach out to customers who may have forgotten about us.

How did Dispersal Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Dispersal Digital Agency delivered on time and did amazing work. We communicated via in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Dispersal Digital Agency was very flexible with time. If I needed someone to come, they’d come that week. It was nice.
