Justin has hosted multiple calls over several months to gain an understanding of what we wanted for the app. He has presented a timeline with deliverables and cost per deliverable. He and his team have created an app for Apple and Google PlayStore and a website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Justin met all timelines so far. He sends me app updates to review, and all revisions are immediately corrected or implemented.

Nothing was delivered late. In some cases, the team delivered items ahead of schedule. All of my needs were met 100% of the time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of communication was impressive. My 13-year old son is also helping design the app. Justin and his team treated my son the same as they would the CEO of any company. Justin takes the time to listen to what we want and offers alternative options if he thinks a different approach will yield better results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dignite Studios could have done differently?

The way I submitted revisions was a little clunky. They can improve on that process.
