We collaborated with DigiWay on the development of an ERP system for a medical diagnostic center.The purpose of the project was to streamline the workflow of ultrasound doctors by enabling them to upload reports and generate AI-based medical conclusions automatically. DigiWay was fully responsible for the frontend development, including the design and implementation of the user interface. 
Their work covered: secure login and registration for doctors,intuitive interface in Polish,structured forms for patient data,organ selection checkboxes,integration of AI results into Word report templates,compliance with GDPR requirements on the data handling side.The deliverables were completed according to our requirements, and the collaboration allowed us to achieve a professional and user-friendly interface tailored to the medical context.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in a fully functional frontend for the ERP system that matched all initial requirements
Doctors were able to log in securely, upload patient data, select organs for analysis, and receive AI-generated results in a structured report format
The interface was delivered in Polish and optimized for usability, which reduced the time needed to prepare reports by doctors
All data handling complied with GDPR standards, ensuring patient information remained secure

DigiWay managed the project in a very professional way. They delivered all agreed items on time and kept us updated throughout the process. Communication was clear and responsive, we always received quick feedback on questions or change requests. They were flexible when adjustments were needed and adapted the scope without delays. Overall, their approach to project management gave us confidence that deadlines and requirements would be met

What impressed us the most about DigiWay was their ability to quickly understand complex requirements and translate them into a functional and intuitive interface. Their attention to detail in the frontend design and proactive communication made the collaboration smooth. We especially valued their flexibility when adjustments were needed and their commitment to delivering a product that matched the expectations of both doctors and our team

Are there any areas for improvement or something DigiWay could have done differently?

Overall we were very satisfied with DigiWay’s work
If there is one area for improvement, it could be providing even more detailed documentation alongside the delivered features. While communication was clear, extra documentation would make future scaling and onboarding of new team members even smoother

Our work consisted of the following stages:

1. Detailed briefing and analysis of our request. 
2. Creation of mood boards and competitor analysis. 
3. First design iteration (Homepage). 
4. Second design iteration (Other pages). 
5. Design revision iteration. 
6. Development. 
7. Testing and debugging. 
8. Acceptance and handover of the project. At each stage, we were kept informed of the progress, actively participated, and contributed to the development, which gave us a sense of full immersion and teamwork. 

At every stage, we were surrounded by professionals. For instance, during the design phase, we learned a lot about design systems, the proper placement of buttons, and the importance of structure. In the development phase, we were involved in the process and explained the current tasks and their significance. 
This was extremely positive for us, as we had no prior experience in development and appreciated such a high level of communication. The project manager was always available and very prompt in providing information whenever necessary.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main criterion for success for us was a functioning website that met our requirements in terms of appearance and functionality. Looking ahead, this goal was successfully achieved!

The project management was of the highest standard. We were given access to the task manager Asana, where we could track the progress of tasks in real time. This was also convenient for communication on specific issues, as we could discuss nuances directly in the task card. 
Additionally, we had access to Figma, where the designer provided layouts, which eventually led to the final design. For general communication, we were offered the choice of a preferred messenger, which was very convenient as we didn't have to adapt and chose Telegram as our main messenger. Our project manager was always available during working hours on Telegram.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The attention to detail and the desire to deliver the highest quality was a real game-changer for us. We were impressed by the team's level of engagement and the number of ideas we received throughout the project. But in the end, what matters most is the result, and it exceeded our expectations; the website fully meets our standards. I recommend DigiWay to everyone!

Are there any areas for improvement or something DigiWay could have done differently?

To open an office in our region!
