I am the Business development manager for CESCO company which is working in Life Safety & ELV Systems.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digiturnal?

Since we established our company in 2022 and we don't have a website to describe us. by moving forward and market changes nowadays the website turns to be one of the basics for every company. so we searched between a lot of website designers and found a really good company which impressed us by their talent and professionalism.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we looked for website designers through the yellow page and social media like Facebook and we selected them based on the affordable price and their strong experience background which appeared in the meeting.

After the kick-off meeting, they sent minutes of the meeting email, and then the project was done in 2 stages, initially, we selected the overall design and discussed the content then we had some tunning and finally, it was nice.

In total, they were two a project manager and the designer.

we received a lot of positive feedback from customers and also our employees and how the website helped them in their work.

the project manager was a good listener, technically strong, flexible, and doing his job in a professional manner, also the designer has out-of-the-box ideas that helped us to reach our goal quickly moreover he is doing his job quickly at right time without delays.

Their customer service was impressive.

for us nothing.

Our Organic Search and Local SEO has drastically been improved 80% more than what we had in the past months, increased visibility on Search Engines
