FROM performed in-depth interviews with 24 Tarsus customers in their dermatologic and alternative medicine verticals. Based on these interviews, FROM constructed a customer journey about how these customers interacted with Tarsus and specifically how/why they decided to attend Tarsus events in their field of expertise. 

FROM also built 4 customer personas that could be referenced when Tarsus looked at their customer base - these personas had different perceptions and expectations for Tarsus events. Key findings were distributed, with focus on what new informational tracks, networking opportunities or digital products that Tarsus event customers wanted from the current Tarsus offerings.

Lastly, FROM's research uncovered strategic opportunities for the business - products that Tarsus customers used or would like to use for the company to investigate buying or building.

Key activities are: 

• Conduct an alignment workshop with NUMOTION stakeholders to finalize customer personas, prioritize the feature set(s) that will be the focus of the designs, identify requirements, and define the set of journeys to be created in conceptual wireframes. 
  • During workshop, research and produce key foundational documents including customer personas (4) and customer journey maps (2) 
• Map out the UX flows for the prioritized journeys and finalize the individual templates and screens to be designed. Such templates and screens may include, but are not limited to: 
  • Site landing page/homepage 
  • NMS product page/marketing landing pages 
  • Product search / directory page 
  • Site About us page 
  • Customer information submission page (insurance information) 
  • Order submission page 
  • Data collection and quality requirements (e.g. error checking on forms) 
• Create wireframes and visual comps for the agreed upon design priorities, with input from the designated NUMOTION lead 
• Create an InVision prototype and supporting test scripts to be used for UX testing, including data collection and flow into Numotion data store 
• Define the research segments that will be targeted for the CX interviews 
• Conduct primary research with up to five (5) NUMOTION stakeholders and four (4) prospective clients who might use a DTC catheter website to both ask exploratory questions and review early conceptual wireframes to validate/identify what works well and where the gaps are in the new design. 
• Iterate screens based on UX testing results. Up to 3 iterations, 1 with no major or critical errors or design flaws (as noted by User Acceptance testers) 
• Technical documentation - Information that explains the design and architecture of the application, consisting of: 
  • High-level component architecture diagram 
  • Data validations for different data types 
  • Website security specification document 
  • List of libraries used within the project 
  • CMS guide describing how to manage website content through CMS. 
• Website delivery as wordpress site environment, with up to 30 site pages, SEO modules in wordpress enabled. 
• Launched in a production CMS environment and hosted on Numotion’s Azure environment 
• SEO and SEM marketing reporting dashboards, using Google Analytics or Google Data Studio products showing trends and movement for online users and spend 
• SEM Google campaign builds, including initial campaign setup, launch and scale
• SEM schedules for spend and conversion testing

FROM delivered an excellent website as the final product along with an easy to use CMS. We launched on-time after some delays that were completely at our request due to business circumstances.

Very strong partner. we had to pause the project for several month due to some challenges on our side and they managed this very well and proved to be an excellent partner in managing that dynamic. We had regular communication via email and scheduled video call updates. Their PM, David, in particular was strong at managing deliverables and timelines. Excellent overall account management from Brian as well.

We initially hired FROM to lead the design effort for a complete redesign of our small business payroll project. They provided an entire design suite and redesigned many of our key pages. They also did usability research and use testing. I subsequently hired them to work on multiple other projects of a similar nature.

Our user ratings have gone up significantly since the release of our updated UX. Our mobile app ratings, where FROM delivered initial designs to us, has seen a significant jump in ratings as well.
