Digital Time Savers did a lot for us. They create a full website for our new business, helped us with the marketing, social media, and also paid advertising. The website is great looking and does everything we need it, and they also provide on-going support for us. The advertising is having amazing results and has helped us book many new clients which was important since this was a start up.

Our Design Studio, was initialy started by the head designer of it, Mr. Bonis Pandelis who is in the Indrustrial/Furniture Design market for over 15 years until the decision to spread our work outside our country. The first step was to research the market otuside the Greek market; the first that could handle this was Digital Time Savers. From then until now (over 3 years of collaboration), we have learned from them and they learned a lot for our market. Now we have a trusted partner to move forward day-by-day, step by step.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The brand was already known within the Greek market, so emails and calls for projects in the area werre granted already. During the COVID era, the opportunity for brand awareness outside the already achieved teritory, was an idea that was put on table and had to be achieved. It was when we started research for someone to understand and indalge our thinking and morals.

After choosing DTS almost after the first meeting, each week was progress as if they were working with us for years. We received results in areas that we haven't even thought to ask yet from them. They run with speed because they understood from the very start out final goals and they way we wanted to achieve this. In the first quarter of 2021 we started receiving true interest in our brand and by the end of the first year, we have alreadycompleted two projects from customer outside our country.

When they would see that the timetable that we both agreed was lonmg, they would add more projects from upcoming periods and by the time of the upcoming meetings that were scheduled, they had at least 2 possible target to be added on the upcoming free time, that we could choose to add. It's been many years since I had someone to push my projects faster than me, and not being a customer!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Even though we will always be "customers" to them, they're always eager to find out more about our market either inside our territory or outside of it, as if they like our work more than us! The love for their job is so obvious that they will provide results from their research before the start of the campaigns, that you might not have thought, and this can surprice the most experienced company owners.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Time Savers could have done differently?

Even though their team is outrageously qualified for most of the mid-high ranged companies based in EU, they will choose almost any size of company to deliver results. This might keep them over-ocuppied and prevent them from upgarding their customer-list to a higher level. Of course, it is their choise to target all companies, but we believe that their have the abilities to get higher difficulty projects.
