I am a lawyer at the legal documentation firm. We offer the digitalization of all legal documents so people don’t need to wait in queue for having their documents prepared & collected.

We have hired them for web development as ours is a developing company and we wanted our digital presence out there. Our goal was to have an official platform consisting of all our company details.

We were searching for reputed digital marketing agencies nearby which should also be under our budget, for a long time. Surfing through the internet, we found Digital Quester as a popped-up ad. We clicked on it & studied their website which was quite informative. We contacted them and they gave us a brief about how they could help us with our website. Their professional way of approaching & an affordable budget frame led us to choose Digital Quester.

Initially, we told them exactly what we want with our website. Based on that, the team prepared for us the mock-ups & an informational WordPress website. The key deliverables were Core PHQ, Laravel, CCS etc.

We’ve been in direct contact with the project manager & the web developer on regular basis. Under the assistance of a web developer, an entire development team was working on our project. We used to have virtual meetings every Monday where they’ll show us the progress report, and note our suggestions.

Ever since the Website was launched, it’s become very easier for us to give a referential link to people who like to know more about the company. Our website is kind of a digital portfolio. We could also see the growth in our potential customers & leads. Having a well developed website give our clients the sense of professionalism & information.

Their management style was up to the mark. They were professional, well-studied about the project & disciplined with it. All our Telephonic & personal meetings used to start right on time. There were no delays from their end.

I had heard that Digital Marketing Agencies don’t deliver projects on time. When we associated with Digital Quester, my biggest concern was, if they’ll be able to provide on time, as we wanted our Website developed as soon as possible. What I found unique about this company is their sincere approach towards our project with uncompromised quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish they could add more testimonials to the website, but since the space was limited, they could only manage to adjust a few testimonials, which is completely fine now that the website is prepared and everything seems to fall in place.

They showed us their previously developed websites & Mock-ups for our Site. Having constantly been in touch with us, their team designed an informal WordPress Site which turned out to be pretty impressive for us.

The project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There was a stalk developer whom we spoke to in case of any technical glitch, and a designer working alongside the developer the whole time hands-on.

Compared to the other companies, Digital Quester has been far and above the best in every area. Ever since we launched the website, our potential clients have been extremely driven to the website as it now looks professional and became very easy to navigate.

When the website was launched, there were a few technical glitches in responsiveness, that were fixed by them in no time. This is something that can be worked upon.

We’ve been associated with them for around 2 years now. The reason behind our long-term association is, they constantly bring growth, reach & engagement to our firm which leads to business growth.

Over these years, through Social Media Management, Local SEO and Website Development, our online presence has improved by far & it’s been maintained incredibly well.

The workflow was smooth. My observation says they have a systematic approach. It took them a while to understand what we exactly wanted with this project, but once they did, they handled it appreciatively well.

Our purpose with this association was served very well, but we’d have liked it even more if they could arrange a meeting & make a visit every once in a while to discuss their future plans with the project. Nevertheless, we’ve received what we were promised and even a bit more.
