The main objective of the new SIG website is to generate high-quality leads, enhance conversion rate, and boost brand awareness. In order to achieve the objectives, a customer-centric website is favored to facilitate conversations with the target groups and establish a clear brand footprint with a holistic content strategy. Keywords: Simple, clear, UX designed, interactive and entertaining. Scope includes:

• Visual & interaction design cooperation with UX designer from SIG
• Development of front-end and back-end

• Upon delivery: education of SIG staff on the build-up of website and use of CMS

The project entirely was delivered late, but we did spent more time on design to made it perfect for us (and it does) and due to security requirements, the technical development had some challenges. But Digital Present made it happen.

We were most impressed with their good and clear communication. There no concessions made from design to development, so the website is working exactly the way it's designed.

I’m the CEO of a company in the automotive business. We own various car dealerships.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Present?

We needed someone to review our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Present collaborated with Jennifer, our digital marketing manager, to build a new WordPress website for us from scratch. She created the framework, and they were in charge of our site’s optimization and all of the backend development needed to bring it to its current state. Additionally, they helped a lot with the design elements and features.

Digital Present also provided us with SEO and PPC services, implementing social media campaigns, and targeting our audience. We had more projects planned for them, but we ended up selling part of our business. Currently, they only help us with our site’s maintenance.

We’ve worked with two people from Digital Present: the owner and a developer.

Jennifer knew of Digital Present. We were deciding between several companies, but they pitched their idea, and she felt very comfortable with them; they knew what they were doing. She decided to hire them, and I just allowed her to do so.

We started working together in the spring of 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

At one point, we checked on specific areas of our business and saw an overall 20% increase in our metrics. During the development phase and the bulk of our engagement, Digital Present was very thorough, and they worked very fast.

Jennifer was very happy with them because she constantly got feedback from them, and they collaborated to get a lot of things done. To this day, they’re still very responsive.

Digital Present performed very well. Jennifer had two-hour meetings with them once a week on Wednesdays to caught up on the project, and they kept track of bugs and issues that needed to be fixed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Digital Present’s work quality is impressive. They’ve shown great design skills that made our site unique. Their deliverables are very good, and the accuracy of their work is exceptional.

No. They’re very accommodating, and they’ve met our expectations.

We were setting up our two new companies in UK and we needed a complete branding solution and web sites that will target the mental health industry.

How did you select Digital Present and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Digital Present by a recommendation, we had the first briefing meeting and they managed to understand our vision and idea in the first 10 minutes, they gave us suggestions that were even better of what we had. At the next meeting they presented us a landing page with full design covering everything that we asked, even the smallest details.

We are lunching the project at the moment, so far everything is working perfectly, especially the carriers section which is connected to our internal system.

We had a weekly meetings with the Project Manager and we were planning the actions in a timesheet. There were delays from our side and they were very flexible and understanding.

Our experience working with Digital Present is wonderful. They were able to deliver everything we needed and more. They have the capacity to bring your vision to life, whether or not you have a technical background.

I have worked with Digital Present in the past with another company. I was not a part of the decision making process on that last group but I was so impressed by their work that now I only go to them for design, UI/UX and dev work.

We had a value proposition for a fledgling business that needed to have a wrap-around branding package that mad celebrities and investors alike believe we are the real deal. At first, we needed branding, website and pitch deck.

Digital Present was only given our business model and a very vague brief. What they came back with was beyond what we had allowed ourselves to hope for.

I worked directly with one project manager and other teammates came to assist here and there when questions arose.

Have a single interface point is hugely important to us as all I have to do is communicate with one person and everything gets handled on there end. Seamless and easy from my end.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning with Digital Present, we have raised $1.85M and secured 17 celebrity clients. Our investor pool and clients is a direct reflection of seeing our collateral and knowing we are a real company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Easy as could be from my end. An email here, a WhatsApp there and everything gets done fast and efficiently. No complaints.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Simply, how easily they get what we want from design and websites given so little information. We are one of those annoying companies that knows what we don't like . . . but offers little in the way of solutions. The guys at Digital Present somehow intuit what we need and deliver.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In all honesty, my only fear with Digital Present is can they continue to scale to handle all my businesses! I actually don't love writing these reviews because I don't want to give away my best kept secret!

That said, the Digital Present Team has been so good to me over the years I genuinely want only the best for them and wish them every success. Solid crew, great personality, over deliver and under promise. They are gems.

We reached out to Digital Present to bring our vision of a niche social network to life. Since we don't have developers in-house it's customary for us to outsource development. We hired digital present to create a complex custom Wordpress platform that fit our desired needs.

I reviewed Digital Presents previous work and discussed my project requirements. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile was what made us sign on the dotted line. They were detailed, responsive, and had excellent communication skills.

This was a custom project built in PHP, JavaScript, CSS. My project started with Digital Present providing a proposal with detailed analysis and cost based on my requests. I was assigned a project manager and had a breakdown of milestones along with payment dates.

They were able to exceed my expectations by meeting deadlines within the agreed upon pricing structure.

We had an amazing project manager who was our main point of contact (Nenad) however the owner Ivan didn't hesitate to step in and communicate or clarify when necessary. Knowing that we had a solid team behind our project was a great stress relief.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was extremely happy with the final project. As well (this is important) when there were any bugs found the team was quick to address and fix them without hesitation. Keep in mind this was a complicated setup with encoding etc.

So having them able to troubleshoot, and rectify things was indispensable for a complex project.

Our communications took place via Skype and email. Despite us having a time difference they were able to communicate effortlessly and I was never left wondering. It almost felt like having an onsite team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive about Digital Present was their ability to go beyond in customer service. Once we got deeper into deployment of our project we realized we needed server management and even though this was not part of their original offering they decided that they could extend this to us.

It helped us tremendously and that type of customer service can't be quantified by a dollar amount

I have to say they were excellent in all regards.
