The scope of work involved designing and developing a dedicated landing page for Banking That Benefits, created to clearly communicate the unique community banking model behind the Community Bank Tewantin-Noosa, Cooroy and Marcoola branches.

Digital Nomads worked with us to translate our social impact story into a simple, engaging digital experience that explains how up to 80% of profits are reinvested back into the Sunshine Coast community. The landing page was designed to guide visitors through the concept of community banking, highlight real community outcomes and provide a clear pathway for people to learn more or begin their banking relationship.

Key deliverables included the strategy and structure of the landing page, user-focused copywriting, visual design aligned with our brand, mobile-responsive development, integration of clear call-to-action pathways and optimisation to support campaign traffic and ongoing marketing activity.

The landing page successfully translated a complex community banking model into a clear, engaging digital experience. It has become the central destination for our Banking That Benefits messaging and a key tool supporting social media campaigns, community partnerships and referral activity.

The page has improved how we communicate our social impact, helping audiences better understand that up to 80% of profits generated through our branches are reinvested back into the Sunshine Coast community. It also provides a streamlined pathway for customers to make enquiries and connect with our branch team, strengthening both awareness and engagement with our community banking model.

As with any collaborative project, additional time for early-stage planning and content refinement can always be beneficial, but Digital Nomads were flexible and quick to adapt when feedback was provided. We were very happy with both the process and the final outcome.
