I am Company Director and Partner of The CocoCoast Coconut Water Company. CocoCoast manufacture a range of all natural healthy hydration Coconut and Watermelon Waters.

Our website was created in 2006 and was three pages of informative, yet standard content. Our goal was to upgrade our site for a global audience and implement our e-commerce strategy by launching online direct to consumer sales.

We asked approximately 10 agencies to pitch ideas to us. We saw a lot of the same ideas and concepts for the website. What made

We had an initial meeting to discuss what we were seeking, a new website. The team asked us so many questions about things we had not even thought of. Within 4 days a full itemised quote and strategy was presented to us. It included, new website development, set up of Shopify, integration with our 3PL company. Digital marketing strategy, management and recommendations for advertising spend.

We felt part of the team by the time we launched. Jodi the founding director gave us unlimited access to her whole team, including herself. The team worked inclusively and efficiently.

Our web traffic has tripled since the launch of our new site. We have exceeded our first months online sales target and have developed a base for learning to measure our digital strategy moving forward. Our social media engagement is up 1600%.

The project management style was informative and inclusive. We had a clear line of sight at all times. The team made great decisions on our behalf and engaged with us only when the decisions would have really large impacts on our business. We were informed and updated during the whole process. They were really fun to work with too making the process a delight.

The team at Digital Nomads are the most down-to-earth, engaging people who are smart as a whip. The mix of talent is a credit to Jodi. We were most impressed by how collaboratively they worked and would have an innate ability to forecast our next move and be ready with a response or idea.

We had effortless access with no time wasted ever. Every meeting, email or phone call was with purpose and meaningful.

I have been working on this project for years and Digital nomads is my 5th attempt at getting the work done. Based on recommendations, I went with digital Nomads and I have not been sorry.

They understood my concept, they listened to what I wanted and built the website around my needs. This was a critical factor: maintaining my voice and product and they allowed me to do this. They enhanced my product and did not try and push me with their concepts about my product.

Complete complex website redesign, including review of copy for SEO.

• Step1: to understand my product and what I was trying to achieve
• Step 2 was to present me with a draft design concept.
• Step 3 was to tweak and readjust the design concept.
• Step 4 was to build the website, I provided copy and they provided the rest.
• Step 5. Review the final product and testing the website .
• Step 6 Going live and they maintain the website with SEO/hosting and digital marketing.

I was relatively time-poor so the project was held up on many occasions by me. They were super flexible and worked around my limitations. They were able to break down the design into manageable steps.

The Website has only recently gone live and deliverables are due monthly with regard to SEO , Google analytics , Review of marketing strategy and to determine if there is a need to tweak the design.

They are very flexible and were about to work with me. Options were face to face meetings , Zoom or email correspondence. They were very responsive to my emails and enquires and provided good feedback.

They actually listened and helped me achieve what I wanted for this project. My previous experience has been that web developers build what they want and the client has to fit in. Not these guys , they were about me achieving my goals successfully. They provided the space to make this happen. They are not defensive and they accept negative feedback ( eg I don't like the way it looks) and are happy to make changes or explain why the proposed changes are not great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The expectation is that things will change and nothing will be perfect. This has allowed us to work towards a goal of always being better rather than being the best. This has allowed us freedom to view obstacles as points of improvement. I am very happy with this organic approach to my website.

After an initial meeting to discuss our requirements, I was confident that their team had the skills to complete the project. I was very impressed with their knowledge and experience. I required an upgrade of our WooCommerce store and setup of a new backup system for the site.

We use a large number of third party plugins and we needed to troubleshoot and resolve a number of conflicts with these plugins. We also carried out a strategic review of the site's design to improve it's SEO.

They were able to complete the work and resolve all the performance issues in a timely manner.

After an initial consultation, I felt confident they had a full understanding of the requirements of the project. They were professional and suggested some very useful solutions which saved us time and money. I was very impressed with the speed of their responses to our e-mails.

They have a lot of experience and provide excellent customer service. They care about their customers and the outcome of the project.

Everything went so smoothly, from initial consultation to project completion, that I can't suggest any improvement. I am very pleased with their work and intend to use them again very soon on another project. It took a short time to schedule the first meeting, I suspect they are very busy and in demand. However, once we had engaged with them the project progressed well.

We had a zoom meeting for the company to understand the ‘look and feel of the business. They were incredible at understanding the goals and needs of the business. They did a framework, and I provided some written information. Hardly any changes were needed, it was fantastic! They have continued to add info as I have provided.

I had a content strategist, web developer, SEO account manager. I also had contact with the owner of the company in many occasions.

Since the site has only just been launched, it will take some time to gather measurables. It has been incredibly helpful to have all our forms online for patients to fill out prior to their appointment. This also gives them a chance to see our site and credibility.

Communications were excellent, with replies within the same day. Anytime I needed a meeting, I could schedule it online at the time I was thinking about it. Project was completed efficiently.

Worked on a keyword planner and opportunity to be competitive in the market. Once this had been completed a full onsite audit was completed to ensure we hadn't missed any vital issues or opportunities from the get go. We now work on a month to month SEO campaign, working on primary search terms to increase our online traffic and leads.

I have an assigned SEO manager, however the agency allows the full teams insight and recommendations to assist my business.
