We hired DNHQ to create and design a new website as well as branding

We searched for web development/ branding companies in our area, met with a few of them and ended up going with DNHQ.

We had a kickoff meeting for the branding, soon after we received some mockups actioned some iterations and finally made a decision on our favourite logo. Soon after this we received a folder containing many different iterations of the logo and file types. With the website it was very much the same with a kickoff meeting, then soon after we received a mockup website we then actioned some changes with the website mockup from there they created a wordpress website then we refined the website with the DNHQ team and soon after made the website live.

Hayden (Head of Development) was our main point of contact for the website development. Faith (Graphic Designer) was our main point of contact for the branding redesign.

The website has allowed people to better understand our services and fees.

We communicated through email which made it simple and easy to communicate with the DNHQ team. The timeline from start to finish of the projects was very fast.

They gave us a fantastic website showcasing our boutique Airbnb management company for potential clients. They also made it very easy for us to update the website ourselves with informative videos detailing how to do so.

Jacob is the first account manager that we have felt comfortable with to discuss anything regarding our account. He's been helpful and hands on. Working with him is light years from other companies we have dealt with in the past.

After the initial meeting with the team, they completely understood my business goals and the brand. The team were friendly, professional, and always provided me with updates on how we were progressing.

I had an initial meeting to discuss the key goals and objectives I was seeking. From this, Digital Nomads HQ provided me with a comprehensive proposal detailing costs, a proposed time frame for the web build, as well as SEO insight for keywords etc. to target.

My initial meeting was with the Director, Jodi & General Manager, Ben. Once I was onboard, I worked closely with the Development team, Hayden & Mitch. As well as the SEO team, Roberta & Annabelle.

Once the website was live, and SEO was under way, rankings for my keywords increased month on month, as well as traffic to the website. I received many enquiries for my group classes, which are now FULL!

The management of the projects, were extremely efficient and timely. The team kept communication with me each step of the way, with what has been completed, what's next. We also organised monthly meetings to go through my reports.

The Digital Nomads team are AMAZING—they are extremely professional, and talented in what they do. I felt like they truely cared about my business as much as I do. Great team!
