It kicked off with a propers discovery session where they took time to understands our business, our clients,, and what we actually neded. from there came the design phase wireframes, prototypes, revisions then full frontend and backend development, service pages, lead capture forms, CRM integrations, M obile optimization, testing and finally deployments. They also handed everything over properly with documentation so we were not left guessing how to manage things.

The number do no lie. Inbound inquiries the site jumped noticeably within the first few weeks of launch. Clients started mentioning the website unprompted complimenting how clean and professional it looked. Bounce rate dropped, time on sitesw went up, and our team saved real hours every week because of the automation built into the backend. It paid for itself faster than we expected.

Nothing major..If I were being really specific,, a short post handover walkthrough video would have been a nice touch just so our team could confidently manage updates without always reaching out. that Said, they were always quick to help whenever we had a question after launch,, so, it was never really an issue in practice.
