Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project outlined a comprehensive plan for implementing a cloud-based HRMS SaaS aimed at streamlining HR processes, improving data accessibility, and autoscaling to meet customer demands. Key deliverables included sytem selection, configuration of the server including environment installation and a staging environment. We also required user training and integration with some of our systems, mostly email and slack. The firm guided us to settling on Google cloud for our needs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The straightforward implementation of the cloud-based HR system resulted in impressive outcomes that highlight its success. this previous onboarding made tasks much more efficient and reduced errors in data entry. User adoption was high, with most HR clients and employees quickly becoming comfortable with the new system. Training sessions proved effective, leading to a noticeable increase in user proficiency.

We liked the implemetation strategy that allowed us flexibility with our budget. The team adhered to a clear timeline, delivering key milestones on schedule, which helped maintain momentum throughout the project. Feedback sessions were enjoyable and things clearly explained, adjustemnts were immediate. 

Few delays but very openly communicated. Daniel is such an accessible person and would pick up my calls at 10pm to answer random questions about the project. I liked that he went out of his way to address concerns. Overall great job!!

Great communication style, offered us free communication platform for updates with our team owing to some of us being in different time zones. Easy to use custom hosting platform. Very committed to being budget-centric

We struggled quite a bit with our technology needs before engaging Digital Design. On-premises hardware was such a nightmare to maintain. They helped us in veldor selection and management of our cloud needs, drew up the necessary architechnure and migration strategy for our server and recommended us for zoho workspace for a more unified communication platform which was withi our budget. So far they've been very responsive with their IT helpdesk and we can't thank them well enough

We wre worried about moving to cloud as we had a very slim budget. Integration with existing workflows worked out great. Wonderful training on new systems and overall great support

 the team demonstrated a strong responsiveness. They actively solicited feedback during each phase of the project and were quick to implement changes based on our input. This positive relationship stengthened the bond all involved, ensuring that the final design met and often exceeded expectations. They definitely feel like an extension of our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Proactive feedback requests, keeping the project within budgte, doses of reality where needed and willing to consult outside their network when other skill sets were needed

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Design Experience could have done differently?

They really do seem to have it together, rarely do you find a provider that takes time to lean about your business before throwing out numbers. i have little to fault
